This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

Start to finish our stay at Renaud’s apartment was perfect. Even when we potentially had to cancel due to our airline strike he was very flexible and accommodating. His mother Michelle gave us a wonderful welcome and helped us feel right at home in the suite with local recommendations. The suite is as described, clean and quiet with a great view of the port. Easy access from the airport, close to trains and buses to towns all over the coast. Walkable to restaurants, old town, beaches and the coastal path. We loved Nice and surrounding areas. Thank you Renaud!!!

We had a wonderful time at Mark's home. It is exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and cozy. The balcony is the best part! Location couldn't get any better! There's a boat shuttle that is very convenient for accessing the other side where the famous casino is. The rock is walking distance with lots of cute shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Menton. The location is situated very close to public transportation for you to visit towns along the south of France, which made our stay stress-free. There are many restaurants in Mentone to enjoy the bakery down the street is one of the best I’ve come across in the area. The kitchen had many fine cooking instruments to enjoy a meal at the place. The views were spectacular. You could hear the sea crash along the rocks very soothing. 👍

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. La vue est magnifique, coucher de soleil, levé du soleil, nuit étoilée, petit déjeuner sur le balcon avec vue sur mer. Il ne manquait rien, cuisine bien équipée et logement paisible. Nous avons hâte de revenir !

Bonjour, merci beaucoup à Mme Daphnée pour avoir mis à disposition l'appartement. L'appartement est propre, a tout ce dont vous avez besoin et est très bien situé. La solution avec le coffre à clés devant la porte est très bonne. Vous n’êtes pas toujours obligé d’être d’accord avec les conclusions. Le garage est à environ 50 mètres de l'appartement, ce qui est très pratique. Pour votre information, mais pas comme un défaut : L'escalier menant au deuxième étage peut être difficile pour les personnes âgées ou les personnes ayant des limitations physiques. A cet égard, un grand merci à Mme Daphnée.

Alle rum er smagfuldt indrettet med gode materialer/møbler: - et veludstyret køkken - stort soveværelse med en 180. cm bred dobbeltseng - lækker lys stue, med spejlvæg, så man har en komplet panorama udsigt over marina'en. - Badeværelse men super materialer & funktionelt toillet Selvom vi besøgte lejligheden sidst i December, var der god mulighed for at nyde solen & udsigten fra den store altan, dette var, for os, en stor positiv overraskelse og vi kommer helt sikket tilbage til lejligheden på et senere tidspunkt. Valerie var en perfekt vært, vi kunne aftale start og slut tidspunkt på vores ophold, var der udfordringer, så svarede Valerie hurtigt, det kan ikke gøres bedre, TAK Valerie !

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

Très bon séjour ! La maison est très adaptée pour les familles, le jardin est bien sécurisé pour laisser les enfants jouer, l'accès à la maison se fait via une petite impasse privée au calme. La maison est très bien équipée y compris de petits jeux pour les enfants. Enfin, la maison est à proximité de nombreux commerces et activités, emplacement idéal ! Merci Déborah et Christophe !

Best location in the old town of Antibes. We loved the stay. The parking is 5 minutes away, be sure to book a multi day parking pass otherwise it gets expensive

We were really impressed with Cyril’s place. It felt very cute and full of character, as it was very old. Exactly what we had been looking for. The location was fantastic, as we could walk down to the beach in just minutes. Only slight issue was the lack of air con with the August heat, but this was mentioned before we booked, so our own mistake. Overall, we would definitely recommend you stay here. It was such a lovely stay, and so close to everything!

Fabulous apartment - amazing location and perfectly decorated. We were attending the MIPIM Convention in Cannes, and this apartment was the perfect choice for a break from the crowds - better than any 5 star hotel in Cannes. Will most certainly be back to enjoy this comfortable apartment and everything that Antibes has to offer. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B e non posso che consigliarlo a chiunque cerchi un posto accogliente e curato. La casa è bellissima, arredata con gusto e dotata di ogni comfort necessario per sentirsi come a casa. Il parcheggio comodo è un grande valore aggiunto, soprattutto per chi viaggia in auto. Un altro punto di forza è sicuramente la proprietaria: gentile, disponibile e attenta a ogni esigenza degli ospiti. Un soggiorno perfetto sotto ogni aspetto, ci tornerò sicuramente!

This was a beautiful little place to stay. The unit has been recently renovated and is in excellent condition. The unit has all the cooking equipment needed and it has all of the appliances you need. It is an about a 30 min walk to the train station Loubet Plage and you can get all of coastal towns. Paul welcomed us into his home and we loved our stay. It was like a home away from home.

A beautiful, well positioned apartment where everything has been done to a really high spec and feels brand new. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean with all the basics you could need with two shower rooms with toilets plus a separate toilet and jacuzzi bath. It was our first visit to Antibes so we’re flying a little blind but lucked out with this apartment — facing the sea with views from every window along a promenade that made for peaceful walks home from the daily market or wandering around the old town/ coming back from dinner, both of which reachable in 5 minutes by foot. In between two beaches and easy to bounce from Antibes to the beaches of juan les pins or take the train up and down the coast as you wish. I travelled with a 2 nearly 3 year old and she had the time of her life!

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

This is the perfect place to stay in Menton. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Delphine was the perfect host and very helpful. Highly recommend staying here and enjoying all Menton has to offer.

Un joli petit cocon propre et bien situé, au calme avec une vue apaisante et dégagée sur les montagnes et la mer, de belles prestations et surtout Marie Jo une super hôte discrète amicale et disponible, nous recommandons chaleureusement.

Logement idéalement situé au cœur de Juan -les-Pins, propreté impeccable, bon équipement et bon isolement. Une très agréable terrasse abritée avec vue sur la mer toute proche nous a permis de manger dehors en pleines vacances de Noël. Nous avons profité de gentilles attentions à notre arrivée : Bouteille de bienvenue, petites courses pour assurer l'essentiel... Nous sommes vraiment ravis.

We had a great stay! The co-host (Görkem) was super friendly and responsive, always available and happy to help. He gave us lots of great recommendations before our arrival, which made planning our trip much easier. Everything we asked for was possible to arrange, which we really appreciated. The place itself is small but perfect for two people, and if you want to use the sofa as a bed, you just need to ask and they’ll prepare it for you. Overall, a very smooth and pleasant experience — would definitely recommend!

Todo fue perfecto, desde el check in con Kevin, el departamento que es hermoso y los dias que pasamos en la Costa Azul. El departamento esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo, con un supermercado enfrente. Las instalaciones funcionan a la perfeccion y estaba equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias maravillosos. Prometimos volver!! Gracias

I highly recommend Karen’s Air BNB. Excellent location, very clean, well stocked and the view is amazing! You can stop looking for a place in Nice, you’ll love this place!

Super en ruim appartement, geweldig uitzicht op zee, groot terras, 2 mooie slaapkamers met eigen badkamers en fijne bedden, zeer uitgebreid serviesgoed, parkeerplaatsen in de parkeergarage. Wij konden het niet beter treffen, Céline is erg aardig en erg behulpzaam! Ook erg fijn dat ze in hetzelfde gebouw woont. Wij komen heel graag terug!
