What a lovely few days at Rose Cottage with our family. Rodalyn was the perfect host, friendly, helpful and accommodating. On arrival we were welcomed with a thoughtful hamper of treats which the kids loved, the private “garden” is HUGE & was great for the children and our dog to explore, we loved the hot tub, outdoor speakers & lights. The full bookshelf and games in the Cottage were great to keep the kids entertained in the evening too. Also, thanks Rodalyn for the walk recommendation which we all enjoyed. Hope to be back again soon.

We had a lovely stay ! It has lots of space , and has everything you need. Log fire, hot tub , dining room and games ! Everything was super clean and tidy 😀. The garden is gated , however must keep dog on the lead , my dog is very bouncy as the path plants it meets half way down the picket fence. This was fine for us as we had a long lead so he could still mooch around the garden. There are lots of walks around , tranquil and quiet. there is around 20 minute walk to fillongly , local pub Manor house opens about 5 on a weekday which was very welcoming and dog friendly and playground for children. As it wasn't open when we initially reached there we tried the local social club , they were super welcoming and allowed dogs in with treats available. also park outside. We spent most of our time in the hot tub , which was perfect super hot and our girls just loved it. Joy left a perfect welcome pack and was responsive to everything ! overall a perfect stay for my husbands 40th .

Had a lovely stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The highlight was definitely the hot tub — perfect for relaxing after a long day. Host was responsive and check-in was smooth. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Was a lovely stay! We’d definitely come again We came as a group of 4 and everything was to our needs, the beds where comfy , shower is accessible, 2 bathrooms which was perfect for us , and everything was as it should be , the hottub was beautiful so relaxing , The hottub man is very nice and comes to check on the hottub often , we loved our stay and would recommend to many

This was a lovely stay! The hosts met us and welcomed us in! The home was spacious and inviting with thought given into details. We were greeted with a complimentary drink which was the perfect addition. We stayed in for one night and the next day went into Coventry which offers local bars and restaurants. The hot tub was amazing, looking over horses fields. I would highly recommend although urge the hosts to keep on top of finer cleaning details as mentioned previously. Thank you so much for the lovely stay!☺️

Very good let us check in early and very responsive lake was full of carp managed to get around 9 between us in only a few hours would definitely recommend 👍👍

We had an amazing two-night stay at this property! The house was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The highlight was definitely the hot tub – it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. Our host was fantastic, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great recommendations. The location was also ideal, just a short drive from the NEC Birmingham, making it incredibly convenient for events. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay again!

Me and 5 other guests stayed at this place, we thoroughly enjoyed the spacious rooms and cosy living room, the host made it that extra special with the christmas tree. the place was immaculate and nicely decorated. The beds were extremely comfy and a beautiful garden area. all in all 10/10 recommend. I will be returning:)

A warm and cosy town cottage with easy access to town centre. Very well stocked with everything we needed for a long or short stay. Sarah was very helpful and friendly and a perfect host.

The Barn is perfect! We booked at the last minute and Victoria responded to us in less than an hour. We arrived to find everything we needed and more in The Barn. Victoria was so responsive and helpful. The Barn is such a lovely space, we felt right at home. We're very grateful to have stayed there. We would recommend this place to anyone!

This is a fantastic place to stay. The cottage has a homely feel and is decorated to a really high standard. The space is very well utilised and has everything you need. Communication with our host was excellent. Lovely touches like leaving bits in the kitchen for us really added to the stay. Great location - 5 minutes from the Castle. Highly recommend.

Lisa’s place is very peaceful and welcoming. Spotlessly clean. Rustic and charming. Lisa was very helpful and communicative. We arrived late in the evening and Lisa welcomed us . We had a lovely home baked cake to welcome us and milk in the fridge so morning tea was sorted. The kitchen is well equipped and bathrooms are very clean. Very well maintained home. We will definitely use Lisa’s place again and will definitely recommend to others.

Cute little village setting. Everything needed for a great stay.

We needed a place to stay with our cat while our house was being rewired and redecorated. We are so glad we chose Portia cottage. The cottage is immaculately clean, beautifully furnished and the kitchen is well-equipped. The surrounding countryside is stunning. There are horses to the front of the cottage and sheep to the back, and a pheasant regularly visits the back garden. We really enjoyed our stay. The host Katherine is super-responsive and helpful.

Jasmine cottage is such a beautiful place to stay. We found it very comfortable and had everything we needed staying with an infant. The two bedrooms were so calming and the lounge also was a relaxing place. The village on Henley in Arden is also fantastic with many restaurants and pubs. And a wonderful ice cream shop. Janet was so helpful and even gave us a permit to park outside . Breakfast was supplied with juice and eggs too. Thank you Janet we will be back x

Family visiting for weekend. The Cottage was ideally located for visiting relatives (which was a perfect coincidence). The cottage was perfectly sized for 2 adults and a baby. It was cosy. Very neat and tidy. Lots of amenities all within walking distance. We were all very happy.

We had a wonderful time, the cottage was even better than expected. It’s clearly had a very thoughtful renovation. We immediately felt at home. We had a very warm welcome and the one minor problem we had was dealt with immediately. The log burner was a real bonus and the welcome basket was a very kind thought.

Absolutely gorgeous house in a stunning area. It’s quite remote with no local shops, but that’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. Emma and James were extremely friendly and helpful. Letting us check in 5 hours early due to an early flight. Would highly recommend their Airbnb!

Chase Lodge is in a perfect location if you want a quiet countryside break not too far from shops and restaurants. The property is really well equipped, comfortable and clean and is all exactly as described. We didn’t meet Zoe but she kept in touch. Check-in and out is very simple via key box. We went on lots of scenic walks directly from the property. I would thoroughly recommend this property.

It was the perfect retreat we needed, and made extra fun and special by your gorgeous alpacas! Your property felt very new and luxurious, and everything is so clean! The bedding made us feel like royalty! The surrounding was private and peaceful! We felt very spoilt! Thank you so much for allowing our family to have this experience.

Excellent instructions to find the property and arrived without any issues. Everything was exactly as described and was a great base.

It really was a lovely little cottage which overlooked a lovely canal. The bed was spotless as was the bathroom :) My bit of advice would be to change the coffee mugs from blue to white. This is personal preference. Overall, what a fantastic place and I would love to stay there again.

The cottage was lovely and welcoming with a beautiful kitchen and very pleasant bedroom. It was very well situated and just 5 minutes walk from the middle of Stratford. Bethan was very friendly on arrival and very responsive to text. Overall it was a nice stay in a beautiful town!
