The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. Willow Cottage is a self-contained annexe connected to Waterloo House, a 19th century farmhouse. Named after the Weeping Willow tree right outside the door and located in the beautiful semi-rural village of Stoke Orchard, this recently renovated cottage offers an excellent base from which to explore the Cotswolds. There are great walks and cycle routes straight out of the door, and with Cheltenham Racecourse and Cheltenham town only a short drive away the possibilities for exploring are endless!

Muir Cottage has been converted from an 18th Century barn to a design inspired by the Arts and Crafts Movement that established in the Cotswolds in the 19th Century, resulting in an array of stone mullioned windows, exposed beams and period furnishings. It is beautifully situated in a hidden coombe on the leeward side of the Cotswolds highest hill, yet only minutes from Winchcombe, a classic Cotswold "wool town" with excellent shops and restaurants.

Beautifully private converted barn in the heart of Gloucestershire, perfectly situated for Cheltenham Races, the Cotswold Way and Gloucester Rugby as well as all the local town festivals. Dating back to the 1850s and part of the original village Rectory, the barn was converted in 2019 and provides both a light and airy base as well as a cosy and super comfortable retreat.
