The cottage offers open plan living on the ground floor with two bedrooms with their own ensuites on the first floor.

Merripit Cottage

A beautifully themed Cotswold cottage with a modern but classic country interior that subtly harks to the works of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. We offer one main bedroom for two, complete with a private ensuite shower room; and one junior bedroom with two single beds. There is a main bathroom accessible to both bedrooms. All sleeping accommodation is located on the upper floor. The kitchen-dining area, living room and a WC are located on the ground floor. Visit our sister property, Sparrowfall.

Cotswold cottage in Kingham “The Old Smithy”

Slow down and recharge at The Old Smithy. Built about 600 years ago, this Cotswold stone blacksmiths forge has been transformed into a cosy retreat for two. Kingham is a highly sought after village in the heart of the Cotswolds. With a wealth of brilliant pubs and wonderful countryside walks on our doorstep, you can bring your dog along to enjoy too. Our maximum occupancy is 2 adults and a young child.
