Independent cottage with stunning lake views, fully equipped with every comfort and convenience, arranged on two levels. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (with dishes, cookware, refrigerator, freezer, and appliances), a dining table, and a small living area, all connected to a large furnished outdoor terrace with lake view. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom and a full bathroom with shower and toilet. The lake view is particularly impressive from the bedroom. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, coffee machine, courtesy set, and bed and bath linen included. Everything needed for laundry is also available: washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, and iron. The cottage can accommodate 2–3 guests. We are about a 5-minute drive from the town center (approximately 20 minutes on foot). A bus stop is located just a few meters away. The train and ferry station is in the town center. The apartment, with its huge windows, is located in a very special position, directly on the water: surrouded by a gorgeous terrace, you have the priviledge to be at just 5min walk from the centre along the lake promenade and isolated at the same time. A terrace of 120square mt allows you to enjoy a landscape made up of only water, sky and mountains. So close to the water that you can even fish from it directly - and a few most courageous did even dive into the lake (circa 6 mt under your feet).

Appartamento recentemente rinnovato al secondo piano senza ascensore, con magnifica e ampia vista su lago e montagne, fornito di aria condizionata. Parcheggio privato proprio accanto alla casa, raggiungibile con mezzi pubblici, a piedi e in auto. ATTENZIONE: la casa è leggermente distante dal centro di Bellano, dove ci sono i servizi. Se sceglierai di muoverti a piedi preparati ad una passeggiata in salita, con un dislivello di 70 m, sul sentiero; altrimenti potrai usare il bus/taxi/rentcar.
