Florentine Hills "Le Scalette"

The property is a portion of a 16th Century Casa Colonica (a typical Tuscan farmhouse) situated atop a hill surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and sprawling views of the surrounding hills. The village of San Vincenzo a Torri and of Ginestra Fiorentina are respectively 2km away grocery and bakery stores, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, news stands, and petrol stations are within minutes from the house. Only 16km (10miles) to Florence the toll free highway is 3km from the house. Car is a must.

After 13 wonderful years of hosting on Airbnb, the time has come to close this incredible chapter and embrace the next. These upcoming 7 months will be the final season for MuseumSuite, in Jan 2027, the property will be sold and transformed into a private family residence. It has been an absolute honor and a privilege to welcome guests from all walks of life. By providing wifi only in the communal courtyard we suggest to take a break from been connected with elsewhere and enjoy the 'here and now' . But if you need to work you can rent a portable private connection from us.

Incantevole soggiorno in villa seicentesca

L'alloggio è al secondo piano di una villa padronale del '600, all'interno di un parco privato, con posti auto, ingresso condiviso. Gradevole soggiorno per chi voglia visitare Lucca, Pistoia, la Versilia, Firenze, Pisa e la Liguria, mète comode da raggiungere dato che il casello dell'autostrada A11 è a 500 metri. Più vicino a noi potete visitare il Parco di Pinocchio a Collodi o il parco zoologico di Pistoia. Per soggiorni lunghi scriveteci, saremo lieti di accordarci con gli ospiti.

Il Cottage è parte di una proprietà della famiglia Bernocchi, già presente nelle mappe della zona del 1500 ed e' situata proprio su di una antica via Romana che attraversava i monti della Calvana. Distante circa 9 km da Prato e 20 da Firenze. Il Cottage, liberi su tre lati, e' situato in posizione panoramica circondato da un parco privato, ideale per camminate e sport. Una vera e propria casa, con cucina, salotto, camera e bagno. Ampi spazi esterni, giardino e orto botanico.

A Big Dream in a Little Tower.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
