Beautiful 2 bedroom house (terrace) new construction in a quiet location. The house has its own parking in front of the house for three cars. The house has a beautiful private terrace of 10m2 and a private garden of 40m2. On the terrace there is a modern rattan garden seating. Very good access to the center of Bratislava 20 min by car and quick connection to the highway in about 5 min. To Vienna it is 1 hour by car. In the vicinity you will find groceries, restaurants, cafes, shops, a pharmacy.

A home away from home!

The house is situated in the charming village of Stupava. Here it has the local facilities that you need; shops, restaurants, park, wellness as well as a local biofarm which is a great place to take the kids! You can also explore the capital city, Bratislava, which is a 25 minute drive away. We are also an hours drive from Vienna, two hours from Budapest and an hour from the Czech border, so plenty in the area to explore! At this small, yet charming house, located in the very centre of it you can easily discover all of it. Feel free to park your car right next to the house and enjoy the view to Devin castle from the terrace. Your kids are very welcomed, they can watch TV while you are chilling upstairs. Also we would love to arrange a dinner appointment at some great local places, or rent you an ebike :)
