If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. You will be surrounded by the best haute cuisine restaurants and entertainment options. If you have access to a private vehicle, you will be able to move around the city more flexibly. Keep in mind that the centre of Madrid can have heavy traffic, especially during rush hour, so it is advisable to plan your trips in advance and consider other options if traffic is heavy. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ceramic hob, etc., plus a washing machine in the bathroom). The master bedroom, with ample wardrobes, features a 150x190 cm double bed. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed of the same size. There is another separate, spacious bathroom with a shower. The apartment is equipped with an iron and ironing board, toaster, hairdryer, and more, and comes with linens and towels. It is located on the first floor of a brand-new building with an elevator. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works. Es hat eine gute Heizung mit zwei Heizkörpern, ein gutes Bett zum Schlafen mit Decken und Bettdecken, um sich sehr wohl zu fühlen. Die Küche ist komplett und ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 55-Zoll-Fernseher, er ist unglaublich groß. Und es ist sehr hell, die Sonne scheint überall hinein. Ich bin immer aufmerksam gegenüber meinen Gästen. Ich hatte viele Gäste und die meisten von ihnen sagen bei ihrer Ankunft, dass es genau wie auf den Bildern aussieht. Wir haben moderne Geräte (Waschmaschine, Herd, Mikrowelle, Klimaanlage, TV, Kühlschrank), schnelles WLAN und alles andere, was du für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigst! Gäste haben privaten Zugang zur gesamten Wohnung. Wichtig: Aus Sicherheitsgründen muss ich die Namen aller Gäste kennen, die während des gebuchten Aufenthalts in der Wohnung übernachten werden.
