La casa gode di un ingresso indipendente e si sviluppa tutta su un piano. Si compone di cucina, bagno, un'ampia sala e una camera da letto. Dispone di un cortile interno privato a totale disposizione. Uno studio artistico trasformato in uno spazio unico in cui arteEstoria si fondono in armonia con il presente. We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. The house, decorated with mid century design & furniture and fully air conditioned, has 4 sleeping rooms and 5 bathrooms. Please note: you need a car to reach us and to enjoy the area. Torre dei Battagli-Dormi in una torre medioevale

Sulla ciclabile che da Rimini porta in Valmarecchia si staglia una torre medioevale risalente al XIV secolo. Fatta erigere da un facoltoso riminese Fusso de’ Battagli. Un tempo torre di guardia di una estesa fattoria fortificata, custodiva grano e prodotti della terra. La gente veniva qui nel ricetto per cuocere il pane. Oggi questo non succede più ma la torre mantiene un suo fascino come luogo fortezza dentro cui rilassarsi e sentirsi protetti .
