Nice flat, close to two beautiful beaches (reachable by foot)! Super nice view from the terrace.

La villetta di Heidi è un piccolo gioiello, situata in una posizione tranquilla e riservata ma vicinissima (5 minuti di auto) alla cittadina di Porto Azzurro dove poter trovare tutto il necessario (supermercati, ristoranti, negozi...). La vista dalla casa è meravigliosa e lo spazio esterno è perfetto per rilassarsi e godere della natura. La casa è piccola ma pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort ed accogliente, perfettamente conforme alla descrizione e alle foto fornite da Heidi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La nostra cagnolina ha adorato il giardino e la spiaggia per cani proprio sotto la casa! Unico piccolo neo per quanto riguarda le nostre abitudini, è stato il fatto che non era possibile oscurare completamente le stanze da letto e dunque la luce la mattino ci svegliava abbastanza presto! Heidi è stata sempre estremamente veloce e gentile nelle riposte e, anche se distante, disponibile in ogni momento in cui abbiamo avuto bisogno di lei.

Grossartige Wohnung, stilvoll eingerichtet. Sehr zentral mitten in der Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig und eignet sich auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das nächste Mal kommen wir viel länger, so schön ist die Wohnung und die Lage.

wir waren rundum zufrieden, tolle aussenräume mit direktem zugang zum meer. die grösse des hauses ist für 6 erwachsene perfekt. gerne jederzeit wieder

Ottima posizione, appartamento spazioso e funzionale e ben disposto.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Appartamento tenuto benissimo e fornito, giardino splendido dal quale si riesce a vedere il mare, posizione comoda vicina al mare e al centro di Procchio. Sergio e la moglie hanno l'appuntamento al piano di sopra, sono sempre molto disponibili e ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

L’appartamento, oltre che ad essere pulitissimo e corrispondente a foto e descrizione, è in una posizione ottimale: cinque minuti a piedi si arriva in centro a Capoliveri ed è molto comoda per gli spostamenti sulle spiagge ed attrazioni dell’isola. Giovanni e sua moglie Milly sono persone molto cordiali, amichevoli e sempre pronti a dare consigli, Ci siamo trovati benissimo e, quando torneremo all’isola d’Elba, sicuramente torneremo da loro!

Poggio all Agnello is just a wonderful resort ! Surrounded by plenty of green areas, quite and piecefull . There is a stunning Olympic 50 meters long swimming pool with dedicated lanes for swimmer - which totally stole my heart! And two smaller pools for the youngest children . The restaurant is excellent with a beautiful terrace facing the hills and the swimming pool. We ended up eating there most of time and not just because it was convenient, food and service are great. My children loved the bike track, where you can rent mountain bikes and use the track for 1 hour. The accommodation was large and spacious with plenty of storage space for clothes, shoes, cleaning stuff. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking pans and pots. Staff was very polite and helpful Shops and bancomat are a walk away, all very convenient We had a wonderful time at Poggio all ‘ agnello ! We will go back

Stefania è stata una Host perfetta.alloggio confortevole pulitissimo e soddisfacente. abbiamo lasciato un pomeriggio il nostro cane in giardino e Stefania si è premurata di andare a controllare che stesse bene .tutto come da descrizione e curato nei dettagli!torneremo!!!

appartamento un po più piccolo del previsto ed un po datato, ma nel complesso Pulito e di facile accesso. Host presente e manutentore Simpatico...

L'immobile corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione e alle foto. L'host è sempre stato pronto nelle risposte e puntuale, oltre che accurato e disponibile. La casa è molto bella e accogliente.

Cesare’s place is cosy and very nice. Cesare was very helpful, even when we had a tire puncture right before departure and risked missing the ferry and the plane! Thank you, Cesare and Manuela

Marta et son mari sont de véritables amours. Nous avons eu une panne de voiture et notre véhicule est resté immobilisé sur l'île. Ils nous ont conduit faire des courses, nous ont ramené au bateau. Ils ont été d'une aide précieuse avec le garagiste. Très arrangeant. Concernant le logement il est tel que la description a été faite. Il est agréable, bien équipé. La vue est splendide. L'accès à la piscine d'eau douce, de mer et à la mer sont très faciles. Un grand merci pour tout. Nous reviendrons.

Fantastisk beliggenhet og uteområde! Vi likte spesielt godt bassenget, utsikten, at det var flere sittegrupper og nærheten til sentrum. 10/10 Innendørs var det ok, så for oss var det uteområdet som gjorde ferien strålende! Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Sehr schöne, moderne und blitzsaubere Unterkunft in einer schönen und weitläufigen Hotelanlage in ruhiger Lage. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und Simona war eine super Gastgeberin. Schade war nur, dass die Poolanlage Mitte April noch nicht geöffnet war. Vielen Dank, liebe Simona, wir kommen sicher irgendwann mal wieder!

Der Aufenthalt bei Elena war etwas besonderes. Die Lage bot viel Ruhe mit einem tollen Blick auf das Meer. Der Style und die Kühle des Hauses im Sommer, die schattigen und Lounge-artigen Plätze ausserhalb boten fast eine Art Club-Atmosphäre. Der "Preis" dafür sind ca. 20 Minuten Fussweg bis zum Hafen von Porto Azurs.

Sehr zu empfehlen! Schöne, ruhige Lage. Sehr sauberes Haus und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.Der schöne Garten war gross mit einigen Sitz-und Liegemöglichkeiten. Herzlichen Dank an Gianluigi und seinen Vater!

Casa comoda, condizionata, con una bella veranda esterna per fare colazione e cenare. Buona posizione tranquilla in campagna fuori dalla confusione delle cittadine e delle spiagge ma vicina sia alla costa nord che a quella sud dell’isola. L’host simpatico e ricettivo, ci ha prestato il caricabatterie del cellulare che avevamo dimenticato. Buon soggiorno. Tutto bene

Una breve vacanza ma intensa anche grazie alle proposte che offre Marciana Marina e l' Isola d'Elba in generale : sentieri per bicicletta , per escursioni a piedi, mare bellissimo da esplorare in kayak che è quello che ho fatto io ma c'è molto altro. Grazie a Ingrid e consorte per la disponibilità cortesia e gentilezza L'alloggio adatto a 2 persone e non mancava niente Consigliato

Vielen Dank für die angenehme Gastfreundschaft. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und doch ist man in wenigen Minuten im lebendigen Dörfchen mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und in 5 Minuten zu Fuss am Strand. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Dass wir mit ÖV anreisen konnten hat uns gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

proprietari gentilissimi!! casa pulita con tutto il necessario.. parcheggio gratuito e una parte esterna con barbecue, tavolo e zona relax.. c'è un parcheggio privato molto comodo vicino al centro Marina di campo.. Se dovessimo ritornare all'isola d'Elba sicuramente torneremo qui da loro. posizione ottima!!

Gisella und ihre Familie sind fantastische Gastgeber und sehr herzliche Menschen! Die Wohnung und das Haus sind wunderschön gelegen. Wir hatten einen unglaublich schönen Urlaub und genossen die Terrasse mit Ausblick auf das Meer. Wir kochten meistens in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche, in Rio Marina gibt es aber auch sehr gute Restaurants. Check-in und Check-out hat alles bestens funktioniert. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen, es ist wirklich ein Traum!

War sehr toll, wir hatten zwischendrin mal etwas Probleme mit dem Strom, aber Raffaele war sofort erreichbar und hat uns bei der Lösung des Problems geholfen. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht und die Wohnung und der Garten sind toll. Danke!
