Dai 10 ai 30 minuti di macchina potrete visitare spiagge meravigliose e non solo, perché questo territorio è ricco di mare da sogno ma anche di cultura enogastronomica, tradizioni folkloristiche, storia, archeologia e sport. La casa, nuovissima e luminosa, si trova in pieno centro nelle immediate vicinanze di ogni servizio utile.

The house is placed 5 kilometers away from the closest town, Portoscuso. There is a private entrance with relative parking secured by the main gate. The pool is in operation 24/7, laundry and kitchen at the guests disposal. Two bedrooms: the main bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with 2 single beds. A large bathroom with 2 basins, toilet bowl, shower, bidet and jacuzzi bath. All the equipment is necessary to cook available in the house. Wi-fi is available. TV and radio available.

In 4-5 Minuten radelst du an den schönsten Strände Italiens, zu den Supermercatos, dem Hotel Chia Laguna oder diversen Restaurants. Ich kenne unsere Region wie meine Westentasche. Gerne helfe ich dir, sie wie ein Einheimischer kennen und lieben zu lernen.

A 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia di portopaglieto oppure sempre a 5 minuti a piedi la piccola spiaggia della ghinghetta, altrimenti se si è amanti degli scogli proprio fronte casa vi è una bellissima scogliera con accesso all'acqua. l'appartamento è di nuovissima costruzione con vista mozzafiato e finiture di pregio E senza il WI-FI ! No social perché dovete godervi questa vista

Affittiamo appartamento di 85mq nel bellissimo e tranquillo paesino di Nebida (CI). La casa ha una cucina super accessoriata con lavastoviglie, una piccola sala da pranzo, un bagno con doccia e lavatrice, 2 camere da letto con 2 letti matrimoniali, un balcone con tavolino per poter cenare o pranzare all'aperto con una vista mare mozzafiato + barbecue a portata di mano. La sala da pranzo ed una camera da letto sono climatizzate. La spiaggia di Masua e Portu Cauli distano ca. 5min.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Welcome to "Casa di Zio". Cozy apartment with outdoor space, located in the heart of Carbonia, recently renovated to offer you maximum comfort. The house of about 70 square meters is perfect for couples, families with children or friends, and can accommodate up to 4 people (5 on request with the use of the sofa bed). The apartment is just a 15-minute drive from the nearest beach and 30 minutes from the other beautiful beaches in the area.

La casa è situata nel centro storico di Sant'antioco e si sviluppa in due piani. Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno con divano, TV e cucina con di tutti gli elettrodomestici (Frigorifero, fornetto). Inoltre e' presente un cortile con ampio barbeque e tavolo e sedie per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto e il bagno completo di lavabo, vaso, bidet, box doccia e lavatrice.
