Cosy, close to city centre flat

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Ground floor flat with own entrance on a quiet road in the lovely Roath area which has lots of independent shops, restaurants and pubs. The flat is a 15 minute walk from the city centre, so an ideal location for match days / concerts. Parking- there are 5 non-permit parking spaces next to the flat, however if these are full there is usually space further up the street or on nearby streets. Feel free to ask any questions!

It’s 100m from one of the main attractions of Cardiff Bay - the Wales Millenium Centre (with views of this from the apartment’s living area). It’s also a five minute taxi ride into the city centre. The apartment has a secure entrance and contains a large open plan kitchen/dining/living area with all essentials (TV / WI-FI). There are two spacious bedrooms, one with a beautiful en-suite. Cosy studio

A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.
