Ground floor flat with own entrance on a quiet road in the lovely Roath area which has lots of independent shops, restaurants and pubs. The flat is a 15 minute walk from the city centre, so an ideal location for match days / concerts. Parking- there are 5 non-permit parking spaces next to the flat, however if these are full there is usually space further up the street or on nearby streets. Feel free to ask any questions!

A few minutes walk from Cardiff Central train station, the Principality stadium, Utilita Arena and Cardiff Castle. Ideal for shopping, events and business trips. Each private studio apartment has a King size bed, ensuite bathroom kitchenette and access to the ground floor patio. The TV has Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV+ and Disney+. The WiFi is everywhere and very fast. Please note that due to the individual nature of the building, all studios are different so we cannot guarantee any particular one will be assigned to you.
