Perfect place to stay, has everything you need. Really peaceful and comfortable

Craig was the perfect host, probably the best we've ever had on AirBnB. The flat is in a great location, minutes walk from the centre of Nottingham and the Ice Arena with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, yet we could sleep with the windows open and it was perfectly quiet, like being in a small village instead of a busy city centre. Lots of thoughtful touches from bottles of water, pastries and biscuits to essentials like cooking oil, salt and pepper, plenty of toilet rolls, tissues, a toothbrush, you name it and Craig has thought of it. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and hopefully we'll be back next year.

Had a great stay while attending a course at Greenwooddays. It was just a few minutes away by car. The flat was spacious and had all the facilities we needed. It was close to places to eat and there was free long stay parking very close by. Karen was very helpful and parked her car in one of the spaces so we were guaranteed a space. Karen was a very responsive host.

Perfectly placed for our needs. All aspects of the booking were completely seamless. It is a maisonette so we could hear the flat above but was in no way intrusive and we all had a restful night The flat had everything you could wish for and the decoration was perfect. Already considering our next booking highly recommended.

We highly recommend Phil's place! My wife, daughter, and I visited the University of Nottingham for her Veterinary Medicine acceptance at Sutton Bonington, and Phil’s location was perfect. It’s just 100 feet from the Victoria Centre mall and city bus routes, with easy access to all major campuses. Phil's place is in the middle of the nightlife, but flat and the area is quiet, clean, and comfortable. Phil went above and beyond—meeting us upon arrival, offering great restaurant suggestions, and ensuring excellent communication throughout. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and look forward to returning! This was our first time in the UK being from Canada. Phil's place was great and made us feel right at home. Going back in September and November and I will requesting to stay at Phil's place again. You book Phil's place you will not be disappointed.

We stayed for a night in stable cottage, very comfortable and cozy, very quiet on a night time with it being out of the way from main roads etc. Not a luxury stay but perfect for a little night away as a stop over to a new location. The facilities were all stunning and very clean. Thanks! :)

As always another great apartment with Steve. We have stayed a few times in one of his other properties and have always had the best of times.Big tv, comfy big bed, great efficient heating if needed and piping hot water. Very individual, well thought out with everything you need, whether staying in or going out. Castle Donnington is a fantastic location, amazing village with so much to do from shopping for quirky gifts, massage, hair cut or eating and drinking. We have explored them all and loved it. We ate this time at Orissa, an incredible Indian, 5 minutes walk away. Donnington race track is a few minutes drive away. We always feel right at home. The on street parking is always easy.

The property met our requirements which was within walking distance to my daughter's. A very comfortable property with the space that we needed. Alison was a great host and would certainly stay here again.

Stayed a couple of nights due to my daughters wedding at a venue close by. Nice clean bungalow plenty big enough for a few nights. Everything you need in the kitchen. Lovely big garden which I’m sure in the summer would be lovely to sit in. Nice to have milk, tea, coffee and snacks left by the owner. Thank you for a very pleasurable stay.

Gem of a place! Very unique house in a prime location for exploring the derbyshire dales or the peak district. I couldn’t recommend this stay more!

Great location close the historic heart of the city as well as short walk to the city centre. The location is very well situated in a private community that is safe and quiet and fantastic neighbourhood. As per listing it was cosy with all the convenience and space that we needed for our short stay in Nottingham.

Lynley and Matt’s place accommodated a large family of 7, 2 children and 3 dogs perfectly! Lots of space, big spacious rooms, private and secure garden and big driveway! We came to stay due to a family funeral and wanting a hub to base ourselves but also accommodate seeing family and spending time together. The place is very well thought out, clean, spacious and perfect for a family get away. Lynley and Matt are super responsive hosts, really understanding of our situation and very accommodating. Definitely recommend this place!

perfect host and very responsive, me and the wife would definitely stay here again if visiting this part of nottingham, quite little estate close to everything but far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city centre!

Bom vamos lá, não tem palavras para descrever essa estadia que tive com eles, além da casa ser muito limpa e organizada! Era muito linda e aconchegante! Uma das coisas que gostei muito foi que cheguei um pouco antes do horário e pedi a eles pra deixar a mala na casa, e eles foram super atenciosos e me permitiram deixar as coisas lá até da o horário da entrada! Me senti muito bem e acolhida nessa casa! Sem contar que é do lado do centro e tem um enorme shopping a poucos passos da casa! Recomendo demais ❤️

We had a fabulous couple of nights at Louise & David's place. It was comfortable, clean, tastefully decorared and had everything we needed. Great peaceful location for visiting friends in local area. Lovely additional touches, like the dog bowls & dog biscuits! We would definitely recommend & would love to come back again.

We had a wonderful stay. Great location. Lovely garden. Close to centre of Southwell. Spotlessly clean. Highly recommended. Host left essentials in fridge and eggs too which was highly appreciated.

The location was fantastic for us and right by the tram stop which made it easy to get around. I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again. There were no problems with the flat, it was very quiet, spacious, and bright and I felt very comfortable knowing I could reach out if I had any issues as the communication was excellent. In a perfect spot right in the centre of Nottingham, walkable to bars, restaurants, Motorpoint, Nottingham castle etc. great to have the outside terrace to chill out in. Will book again if needed.

A great place to stay near to the centre of Nottingham for access to the cricket ground and many bars and restaurants. An ideal place for a couple or two couples with plenty of space and a little sitting area through the French doors. Full facilities are available in the apartment.
