The guesthouse is situated up upon a hill inside a 8,000 m2 private park full of Azaleas, Rhododendrons, and huge Chestnut Trees an easy 15 min. drive from either Arona or Stresa. Lakeside beaches, excellent restaurants and shopping facilities are within the close vicinity by car. A huge natural reserve with peaks offering panoramic views of lakes and alps can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The guesthouse's 60 m2 ground-floor apartment has an arcade covered patio and its own gardens.

On the hills, among woods, meadows, cultivated fields and fruit trees, inside the Ticino Park, stands the Cascina Ronco dei Lari, which origins date back to 1700, renovated in 2022. Una casa in pietra realizzata alla fine del '700, il cui restauro è stato completato nel 2017, perfetta per chi cerca pace e tranquillità, ma anche base ideale per visitare i laghi Maggiore e d'Orta e le valli d'Ossola, Formazza e altri luoghi di interesse culturale e naturalistico.
