In fact the freshness of the room is thank to "exterior insulation and finishing system" (EIFS). Prices are low. The breakfast room has a little cooking corner with a dishwasher and a microwave oven. È in un contesto agricolo. E' quindi possibile il passaggio di macchinari agricoli che creano rumore, sia in giorni festivi che in orari mattutini. Animali ammessi su richiesta e potrebbe essere chiesto un supplemento.

It is located in the heart of Valpolicella classico region, 20km from Verona and 20km from Lago di Garda. The suite has a King size double bed, sofa-bed, kitchen, dinning table and bathroom. There is a separate entrance and another entrance leading to common areas: atrium, breakfast area, living room, library, front and back garden. Parking is on the premises. WiFi and LAN connection.
