Ursprünglich eine Getreidemühle, wurde das Gebäude restauriert und in 3 komfortable, unabhängige Apartments umgewandelt. Im gemeinsamen Garten befinden sich einige Obstbäumen, eine gemeinsame Jacuzzi Wanne (15/5-30/9) und eine Veranda um sich zu entspannen.
