Your Tuscany mansion right at the ocean - Villa Le Case Nuove dei Conti Millo is a classical mansion in the heart of Tuscany and offers sleeping accommodation for 12 people (in 2025 you can book an addtional wing and increase capacity to 18 people) With more than 800 sqm the Villa is placed in the midst of the countryside and has a 20 x 10 m pool. The ocean is just 1 km away and can be seen from the residence. The mansion is furnished with antiques, yet provides modern convenience.

Villa indipendente immersa nel verde di un parco con accesso privato al mare. La casa si dispone su due livelli dove al piano terra abbiamo la zona giorno con cucina, bagno un ampio salone con camino, salendo al piano superiore troviamo la zona notte con quattro camere e doppi servizi. La villa è stata totalmente rinnovata e ristrutturata lo scorso anno compreso la maggior parte dell'arredamento. L'ingresso alla proprietà è servita da cancello automatico e spazio per 5 auto.

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.

Villa Castiglioncello ha una piscina a sfioro con acqua di mare, con le isole toscane all'orizzonte e il tramonto di fronte. E' una villa indipendente per 12 persone, completamente ristrutturata, con accesso privato al mare, terrazze panoramiche e giardino con BBQ — tutto ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti, senza condivisioni.

Its unique location offers a wonderful view of the sea and the country, ensuring a pleasant tranquility, away from the heat and noise of the country.
