Tiziana es encantadora, atenta y super amable. Estuvimos encantadas en la vivienda, super tranquila, con parking, fué espectacular.

Ottimo alloggio per visitare Lecce e il Salento. Monolocale estremamente curato e pulito, letto molto comodo.

Bonjour Riccardo, merci bien pour votre accueil. Nous avons apprécié votre logement pour sa propreté et le calme ainsi que la proximité du centre ville. Côté pratique : Nous pensons qu'un four à micro ondes serait un plus.

Logement très propre, très calme, mais il faut noter que nous n'avions pas de voisins au dessus. La terrasse avec vue sur le jardin est très agréable.

L'appartamento é bellissimo ed ha una terrazza enorme con tavolo e sdrai (ottima per mangiare fuori nelle giornate di sole). Il quartiere é molto tranquillo ed a corta distanza si puó trovare un pó di tutto: il supermercato é a 30 metri e poco oltre c'é una pasticceria di alta qualitá che Andrea raccomanda. Insomma, per noi é stata una esperienza bellissima ed il giorno che torno a Lecce prenoto nuovamente qui.

Alles hat super geklappt und hat uns gefallen. Aufgrund der sehr schnellen und freundliche Kommunikation vor dem Aufenthalt waren wir gut vorbereitet. Vor der Ankunft übernahm dann ein Kollege den Kontakt und wir wurden vor Ort empfangen. Alles hat super geklappt, wir bekamen die Wohnung gezeigt und erhielten weitere Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Bei Fragen, die sich während der Zeit noch ergaben, erhielten wir sehr schnell eine Antwort und Guiseppe war ein hervorragender und super freundlicher Ansprechpartner. Das Parken Parken vor Ort ist nicht ganz einfach, aber es gibt einen großen Parkplatz 2 Minuten vom Apartment entfernt, den wir nutzten. Alternativ kann man auch über Fiorenza einen Tiefgaragenplatz buchen. Das Apartment selbst ist nicht riesig, aber sehr neu und gepflegt mit großem Bad und kleinem Balkon von dem aus man etwas das Meer sehen kann. Ideal gelegen an der Promenade hat man alles – Shops, Lokale, Strände – vor der Tür.

A great apartment in a great location. It was a quick walk down to the marina and into the old town as well. There was a beautiful view of the sea and lovely garden as well. The host was very responsive and always made sure we had no problems. Check in and check out was very easy, and we were met by Alfonso for check in and he showed us around the apartment and explained how things worked. The apartment itself came with everything you would need; it was spacious, cool and clean. There is also a dedicated parking spot. We would definitely stay here again!

siamo stati molto bene. Super cordiali e disponibili ad accontentarci ogni volta che abbiamo fatto una richiesta. Nadia racconta molto volentieri anche la storia e gli aneddoti del luogo. Si è offerta persino di accompagnarci in una visita al paese vicino. Bellissima e tranquilla la location. Torneremo sicuramente...non vedo l'ora!

We stayed for 10 days. The apartment was very quiet and had everything you would need. The host was super helpful and friendly and gave lots of recommendations. Highly recommend this for a stay in this part of Italy.

Arturo e la sua famiglia ci hanno accolti piacevolmente .. estremamente carini . L'alloggio nella sua semplicità e pulizia ha tutto il necessario ed anche più per permettere di trascorrere qualche giorno di serenità. Vista mare impagabile .. per staccare la mente. L'alloggio di Giammarco è in una posizione strategica, molto comodo. Una casa ampia e adatta a chi vuole fare una vacanza con tanto mare. Giammarco è stato disponibile e ci ha dato dei consigli sulle zone limitrofe

Świetny apartament, bardzo czysty, komfortowy, piękna łazienka. 5 min do plaży. Bardzo dobra klimatyzacja, która automatycznie się wyłącza przy otwarciu drzwi na zewnątrz . Ogólnie zdecydowanie polecam. Jedyną uwagą może być to, że nie wiedziałem przed zameldowaniem, że w jednej sypialni jest tylko jedno okno, które wychodzi na klatkę - to było lekkim minusem.

What a fantastic place so close to the beautiful town and beach and the terrace was perfect so quiet and private. Amazing shower and comfy bed, perfect! We ate out every night and all amazing. We parked at top of the hill on white spaces which are free. We’d love to come back!

La casa de Mimma y Simone es más hermosa aún que en las fotos, la terraza tiene unas vistas increíbles y por la escalera de piedra se llega al mar. Nos recibieron personalmente, fueron muy simpáticos y atentos, nos dejaron frutas, una canasta llena de cosas ricas para desayunar, una bandeja con masitas de crema deliciosas y muchas cosas más. Todo estaba impecable, organizado, tenía todo lo necesario para una estadía excelente. Cama cómoda, ropa de cama y de baño de primera calidad, decoración de muy buen gusto. Nos sentimos como en casa! Gracias Mimma y Simone por ser de verdad súper anfitriones!

Carlo ist ausgesprochen kommunikativ, freundlich, hilfsbereit und antwortet sehr schnell auf Anfragen. Seine Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet und das Bett ist sehr bequem. Eine private kleine Oase ist der Patio, der zur Wohnung zugehörig ist. Das historische Zentrum der Stadt ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter , mit Ausnahme von Personen mit Handicap ( Die Treppe zum Schlafzimmer ist etwas steil und kann gerade Nachts, wenn man das Bad aufsuchen möchte, für den einen oder anderen zum Problem werden )

Antonella è davvero una superhost! È stata sempre super disponibile e l’appartamento è una vera chicca. Ci siamo sentiti a casa, ed il paesino è davvero tanto carino! La posizione è strategica per vedere tante mete salentine interessanti! Tutto ottimo! Grazie e alla prossima ❤️

Siamo stati ospiti da Maria Teresa ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio l’appartamento un vero “gioiellino”e l’accoglienza ottima , l’host sempre premurosa nei nostri confronti dandoci ottimi consigli della zona . Abbiamo avuto un problema con la macchina e lei ci ha aiutato a risolverlo . Peccato solo che il tempo è stato un po’ brutto . Ci ritorneremo molto volentieri un grazie di cuore e un abbraccio

Op basis van de foto's en de prijs hadden we al hoge verwachtingen. Deze verwachtingen zijn volledig overtroffen. Het was echt ongekend goed, als je naar Zuid-Italië gaat, is dit een MUST GO. Zo gastvrij, zo'n fijne tenuta, heerlijk ontbijt elke ochtend en overal was aandacht voor, ze zetten ook echt een extra stap om je helemaal welkom en thuis te voelen. Wij zijn er onze eerste 10 dagen van de vakantie geweest om het zuiden van Puglia te ontdekken. Het ligt daarvoor perfect, we hebben alle leuke plekjes in de omgeving verkend allemaal op minder dan een uur rijden. Het enige waar ik spijt van heb is dat we deze accomodatie hebben geboekt om de vakantie mee te starten, ik schrijf deze recentie nu vanaf onze tweede accomodatie en die valt echt in het niets vergeleken bij Tenuta San Trifone. Ik denk oprecht niet dat je een betere accomodatie gaat vinden in het zuiden van Puglia. Emanuele, Laura en de rest van de familie, super bedankt, het was top!

Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati molto bene nell'alloggio di Pasquale. L'appartamento era comodo, pulito e con tutto il necessario, inoltre lui è stato molto gentile e sempre disponibile nei nostri confronti. Consigliamo l'alloggio di Pasquale e speriamo di poter tornare a visitare il posto.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa casa vacanza! La locazione è semplicemente perfetta, a pochi passi dal centro storico. La vicinanza alle principali attrazioni turistiche ha reso il nostro viaggio molto comodo e piacevole. La casa è accogliente, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione a chiunque voglia esplorare la città senza rinunciare alla comodità di sentirsi a casa. Torneremo sicuramente!

Gosszügige Wohnung mit hohen Räumen, stilvoll eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht in Badezimmer und Küche. Sara ist grosszügig, mit vielen kleinen Aufmersamkeiten (Mineralwasser, Milch, Knäckebrot, Honig, Tee, Kaffee usw.), man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Und es riecht fein in der Wohnung. Uns hat es nicht gestört, dass die Wohnung an einer Altstadtgasse liegt die recht belebt ist. Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen für einen Lecce-Aufenthalt. Sara als Gastgeberin war sehr vorausschauend, schnell in der Kommunikation, hilfreich mit vielen guten Empfehlungen. und Tipps.
