House is a 2 bed, 2 bath layout. The Master bed is a king bed and the guest bedroom is a queen. Both bedrooms have walks in closets with easy and convenient shelving and built in hampers. The laundry is stocked with liquid soap and fragrance free powder with fast efficient machines. There are speakers in the house, lanai and pergola. You will be able to control them via your phone. There is a desk work area with extra monitor for laptops and a printer for your use.

Take the Harbor Walk to Fisherman’s Village, TT’s Tiki Hut Laishley Crab House, Sunseeker Resort, Farmer’s Market, Art Museum, Downtown Dining, & Shopping. This is by far the best location to stay in Punta Gorda, you will not be disappointed! This home can sleep up to 8 guests but no more than 6 adults comfortably.

Take advantage of the backyard that features a fire pit area surrounded by tiki torches. The house is located only 3 miles from downtown Punta Gorda. Although shops and restaurants are only a five-minute drive away, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.

This 2.2 cottage located on 10+ acres features waterfront view and ample parking. Tranquility and paradise intersect here. There are multiple buildings on site, so you may see other guests. There are kayaks and canoes on property. First come first serve. There is a boat ramp on property you are welcome to use for boats or kayaks. No smoking and No animals. We are a farm, so we cannot allow outside animals to the property.
