Superb bespoke garden room

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish garden room. Set in its own garden away from our home but with its own bathroom. The garden room has a double bed (with king size duvet), a sofa bed (with mattress topper for use with double duvet) and table with 2 chairs. There’s a TV with Netflix plus a mini fridge and kettle. We provide tea, coffee, sugar, milk and a few treats 😋. The bathroom includes a loo, shower and basin. When the weather’s fine there’s a hammock and outdoor chairs.

We love to welcome guests to our home and offer a large self-contained Lower Ground Floor 1 bed apartment, with its own front door, allowing guests to come and go as they please. The property has a kitchen dinner, with microwave for convenience. A large sitting room with 42” TV. There is also a log burner which guests are welcome to use. The bedroom has a new Hypnos mattress. Finally there is bathroom with walkin shower. There is also secure off-street parking on the drive

The Coach House is a unique property, located within the stunning grounds of a Grade II Listed, mid 18th century Palladian style manor house which is positioned within its own parkland grounds. It stands 700ft above sea level, close to the top of the Cotswold escarpment. Our clean and comfortable studio garden room is perfect for a break away from home. Great space for 1 or 2 guests, comfortable bed, equipped kitchen, tv and wifi. Cheltenham town centre is a pleasant walk away or easily accessible by bus or car. We have always taken pride in the level of cleanliness at each changeover and have increased our thoroughness in light of recent guidelines with regard to reducing the spread of infectious diseases.

The Old Tractor Shed, near Cheltenham

Lush green hills peppered with honey-hued houses form a breathtaking backdrop for The Old Tractor Shed - a spot that invites you to indulge in Cotswold living like a local. Undeniably cosy with its crackling wood burner and thick rustic beams, we love the serene ambience that weaves through this beautifully renovated tractor shed, which is situated close to the popular spa town of Cheltenham. Two dogs welcome for an additional fee.

The Garden retreat

The Garden room has its own front and back door, and access to a lovely south facing garden. It has a kitchenette and en suite. It has a very comfortable king-size bed. We are 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre and have views onto Cleeve Hill the highest point of the Cotwolds. There are good local pubs, a national award winning fish and chip shop and a supermarket all nearby. Perfectly situated for all Cheltenham festivals.
