Close to Melle, Chef Boutonne, Lac Le Lambon. 32km from Niort, 33km from Verteuil sur Charente, 40km Marais Poitevin, 90 km from La Rochelle. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. Large family kitchen, large living room, separate dining room, laundry room and downstairs toilet. Outside there's a large terrace, 6x4 swimming pool, table, chairs, sun loungers & barbecue. Bed linen provided. Sleeps, 4, 6 or 8.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

During your stay you will have exclusive use of the heated swimming pool and a large Moroccan style barn.

Situated in a small hamlet a few minutes from the historic market town of Melle and an hour's drive from the stunning city of La Rochelle, the apartment is ideally situated for exploring both country and seaside. Adorable stone house in historic village.

This idyllic French stone house can sleep up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a large living room with a woodburner, a fitted kitchen with a large dining table and two shower rooms, one on each floor. The rear bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the garden with a ruined abbey and the Charentaise countryside beyond. Outside there's a summer kitchen, a small terrace and a lawned garden. The village has a delightful cake shop, a popular restaurant, artisanal stores and a museum.

Nous avons conservé l'authenticité du lieu et mettons à disposition une prestation complète (linges, ménage, boissons chaudes, parking privé pour vos vélos ou motos seulement, bois de chauffage...). Sur 40M² nous accueillons en toute autonomie de 1 à 4 personnes (un lit 160, un canapé lit 130).
