A garden of 700mq beautifully flowered includes a large private pool, for the exclusive use of the guests of the villa. The seaside can be reached with a 10' walk. The Grand Hotel Chia Laguna and it's famous Piazzetta are just 100m away, and several shops, restaurants, bars, the Pharmacy and newsstand are at 200m. All furniture, appliances, table and kitchenware are of the very high level

Wohlfühloase mit atemberaubenden Meerblick

Casa Francesca liegt leicht erhöht mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Strand von Monte Gogoni und der Lagune mit ihren Flamingos. Hier wohnst Du ruhig und kannst völlig entspannen, während dich die Sonne von Morgens bis Abends verwöhnt. In 4-5 Minuten radelst du an den schönsten Strände Italiens, zu den Supermercatos, dem Hotel Chia Laguna oder diversen Restaurants. Ich kenne unsere Region wie meine Westentasche. Gerne helfe ich dir, sie wie ein Einheimischer kennen und lieben zu lernen.

Two cottages, pool, parc, privacy, beaches nearby

Sie mieten zwei kleine Landhäuser für maximal 6 Personen . Die Landhäuser liegen in einem großen gepflegten Anwesen von 10000 qm zwischen einem Olivenhain und wilde Ecken am Grundstücksende zum Indianerspielen. Die Landhäuser liegen ruhig und etwas versteckt am Fluss Rio Chia und sind nur 10 Minuten fußläufig entfernt zum nächsten Strand. Ein großer Pool von 15m Länge und 1m bis 1,80m Tiefe befindet sich hinter dem Rasen. Zwei Sandstrände sind in 10 bis 15 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.

La villa si affaccia direttamente sul mare con accesso privato alla spiaggia dal giardino. La villa dispone di tre camere da letto, tre bagni, un salone con vista mare ed ampia cucina abitabile. Le meravigliose spiagge si trovano a pochissimi minuti d'auto cosi' come ristoranti, market e stand di frutta e verdura. È possibile affittare la villa solo per 4 persone con riduzione del prezzo.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Appartamento di Alberto a Chia

My apartment is located at the entrance to the village of Chia on the first floor. The beaches are just a few minutes away by car. Restaurants and markets are very close by. The apartment is spacious and bright with a large 40 m² terrace. The terrace overlooks greenery and offers plenty of privacy. The two bedrooms with double beds are large and equipped with air conditioning. I live on the ground floor and am always available for any needs.
