Jedes Schlafzimmer kann zwei Personen beherbergen, die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer eine Person, für insgesamt 5 Gäste. Das gesamte Haus ist klimatisiert.

For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Die Villa Sa Rocca Junior & Suite ist ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, das sich über 3 Etagen erstreckt und es besteht aus einem 2-stöckigen Ferienhaus mit einer zusätzlichen Suite mit separatem Eingang im 2. Stock. Ingesamt können beide Unterkünfte 13 Personen beherbergen und sind somit ideal für 2-3 Familien geeignet. Die Villa befindet sich in Chia und ist Teil eines Komplexes, der aus 3 Villen mit separaten Eingängen und eigenen Außenbereichen besteht.

My apartment is located at the entrance to the village of Chia on the first floor. The beaches are just a few minutes away by car. Restaurants and markets are very close by. The apartment is spacious and bright with a large 40 m² terrace. The terrace overlooks greenery and offers plenty of privacy. The two bedrooms with double beds are large and equipped with air conditioning. I live on the ground floor and am always available for any needs.
