Appart à 1500m, magnifique vue sur les montagnes. Ski au bas de l'immeuble directement sur la station de Manigod (domaine skiable de La Clusaz). Front de neige de Merdassier animé durant l'hiver avec ski nocturne le week end et les vacances. En été vous pouvez profiter des balades, d'une piscine extérieure (juillet/août, 4 et 2€ la journée) terrains de jeux ( tennis / ping pong/ balançoires). Commerces et locations ( ski/ vtt) en saison en bas le l'immeuble.
