Wohnungen als Ferienunterkünfte in Comelico Superiore

We booked the duplex version so you have two apartments in one. Great to have two balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Everything you need to live as a 5 people family. Several busses into the city right outside the house. Loads of playgrounds and a public "pool" (artificial lake" not even 10 minutes to walk. Would stay again even though air bnbs in Innsbruck are a bit over the top pricewise.

We zijn bijna 2 weken in het huis verbleven. Echt een aanrader! Aan weerszijden van het huis zijn balkons waardoor er altijd prachtig uitzicht is op de bergen. We verbleven er met 2 kinderen van 11 en 13 jaar, grootouders en ook ouders. Er is een slaap kamer aangrenzend aan een badkamer. De andere 2 slaap kamers delen een badkamer. De keuken is goed uitgerust met spullen. De omgeving is prachtig, verschillende wandelingen zijn er in de buurt! Ben je op zoek naar een appartement voor een goede prijs; dan is dit echt een topper!

Giuliana e Giorgio sono persone squisite, amichevoli e sempre disponibili. L' appartamento è a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Trento, davvero comodo per visitare i mercatini di Natale. Molto pulito e dotato di tutti i confort!

נהנו מאוד מהשהייה בנכס של lena. המארחים היו מאוד תגובתיים וסייעו לנו רבות. הבית מבריק מניקיון. המיקום שלו מצוין ומאפשר לטייל בנוחות באטרקציות הקרובות. גם החנייה הצמודה לנכס עוזרת מאוד. הדירה עצמה נוחה ומזמינה, הכל נקי ונעים. קצת הפריע לנו הרעש כשפותחים את החלונות בלילה מהכביש.

It’s an amazing place , with beautiful surroundings and easy access to Zillateral area. The place was tidy and Clean and Andrea did a great job of explaining everything and help with check in and check out . Overall I will highly recommend this place .

From the moment we arrived, we were completely enamored by the beauty of the surroundings and the charm of your accommodation. Your apartment's location couldn't have been more perfect. Nestled amidst the breathtaking Dolomites, we were treated to spectacular views from every window. It was an ideal starting point for our daily hikes and adventures in the region. We felt like we were in a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts! The apartment itself was a haven of comfort and style. Impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed, it provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home. The one-bedroom layout was spacious and well-appointed, giving us plenty of room to relax with our little one. We were constantly in awe of the natural beauty that surrounded us. The Dolomites are truly a world-class destination.

Federico ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Auf Nachrichten wurde sehr schnell reagiert und auch eine spontane Änderung der Ankunftszeit war kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, direkt am Strand. Zu Fuß ist man sehr schnell in der Fußgängerzone. In der Wohnung findet man zudem alles was man zum kochen etc. benötigt. Es war ein sehr schöner und gelungener Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank dafür 😊

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Obergeschoss mit Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge. Gute Ausstattung in der Küche und ein Bequemes Bett. Sauber und ohne unnötigem Kram. Der praktische Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, von wo aus die Wohnung einfach erreichbar ist, rundet das Wohlfühlpaket ab. Die Schule gegenüber hat zwischen 10-11 Uhr Pause, da gibt es natürlich Geräusche aber ansonsten gibt es da keine Unannehmlichkeiten wegen der Lage. Sehr praktisch sind auch die zwei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine etwa 10, die andere vielleicht 100 Meter vom Wohnungszugang entfernt.

Alles war großartig. Von Anfang bis Ende. :) Unsere Mitarbeiter, die hier übernachtet haben, waren wirklich glücklich und haben ihren Aufenthalt genossen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Świetne miejsce, żeby odpocząć i skorzystać z zimowych atrakcji regionu. Duży plus za wygodne łóżka i czystość. Elisabeth była bardzo pomocna. Warto się tu zatrzymać.

We definitely loved the place. It is perfect for a couple who seeks independence and being close to La Villa’s lift and equipment rental shops. It’s also walking distance from the local CONAD supermarket and pharmacy.

Sin duda una muy buena opción a la hora de visitar una parte de Dolomitas, la casa de Ennio es perfecta y cómoda, tiene cubiertas todas las necesidades que puedas tener y está en un lugar muy bonito! Sin duda repetiría 100% Especial mención a los bizcochos que prepara Ennio ♥️

L’appartamento è molto grande, spazioso, luminoso, pulitissimo e ben attrezzato. In casa c’erano anche saponi, shampoo e alcuni generi di prima necessità in cucina. Comodissimo al centro di Mel. Un po’ rumoroso perché si trova lungo la strada principale, ma gli infissi isolano bene dal rumore. Consigliato!

Absolutely dont think of anything else when visiting Dolomites (Western part). Diana's place is very central in Ortisei you can walk anywhere from there. The town itself is already pretty and a perfect base if you want to explore Seceda / Alpe di Siusi / or even Selva. With Diana's apartment, bus stop is stone throw's away and is located in the main street. Food and supermarket are very near. You can easily cook anything in the apartment and run to grocery store if need anything. If you dont want to excessively spend money for food this is perfect. Room is very cozy and have anything that you need from jacuzzi to pristine kitchen. Sudtirol bus card is also provided and will really help you navigate through South Tyrol. We're really satisfied and really hoping to come back soon to visit Dolomites in Diana's place.

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – modern und sauber. Die voll ausgestattete Küche und den wunderschönen Ausblick vom Balkon. Auch die Lage war ideal. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend – schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen. Der Check-in verlief völlig unkompliziert. Ich kann diese Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Very nice appt with great access to the ski slopes. The appt was very clean and Laura has it very well organized including a QR code that takes you to a guide with instructions and also good recommendations. Vous arrivez au logement grâce aux indication donnés et vous êtes chez vous ! Très bien équipé, des produits locaux, tout pour vous faire un repas. Si vous avez besoin de quelque chose, c'est présent dans le logement, que cela soit de l'alimentation, des serviettes ou peignoirs, des loisirs, des informations touristiques, des pansements , du bois pour vous chauffer. Le sauna et le jacuzzi sont très agréables après une journée de randonnée. Le seul point négatif est la chambre et son accessibilité. Une échelle de meunier vous donne accès à une chambre mansardée très basse. Vous êtes obligé de vous courber pour accéder au lit. Cela ne convient pas aux personnes âgées avec des problèmes de genoux. Je recommanderai ce logement à mes amis.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes verlängertes Wochenende. Von der Unterkunft aus war man schnell in der Natur zum Wandern oder auch Rad fahren. Auch in Innsbruck, in der Stadt, ist man in 15 Minuten. Auch die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr gemütlich. Empfehlenswert!
