Situato in una piccola via ad accesso pedonale, gode perciò di una calma e di una tranquillità uniche, pur mantenendo la vicinanza alla città e al lago, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. A pochi minuti a piedi la funicolare Como-Brunate, i ristoranti sul lago, il lido di Viale Geno e il centro città. L’appartamento si trova circa 50 metri sopra il lago, pertanto non è adatto a persone con ridotta mobilità

Next to the house there is a Carrefour open 24h / 24h. The Como S. Giovanni train station is 500m away and can be reached on foot. On request it is possible to have another single bed or a bed for small children in the bedroom. The apartment has new double glazing and noises from the street can not be heard.

Confortevole appartamento, di circa 65 metri, in una casa del ‘700, situata in una tipica stradina del nostro meraviglioso lago, che ha divieto di accesso alle auto. Zona molto tranquilla. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. L La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista sulla città e sul lago.
