Super location tout le confort et très bien équipé ,serviette de toilette complet un plus serviette de piscine et plage appartement zen. On était ravie .hote super réactive .et un plus les panier garnie. Qui nous on fait très plaisir merci on reviendra .et on a bien profité du jacuzzi bon moment de détente merci pour tout

Le logement est vraiment de qualité. Toutes les prestations y sont (machines, sèche cheveux, fer à repasser, serviettes de bains, …) . La vue est incroyable, le levée du soleil est magnifique. La terrasse est abritée du vent avec une terrasse ensoleillée si besoin au dessus. La piscine extérieure très grande. Tout est propre et paisible, et grand. Je recommande +++

wir genossen zum zweiten Mal die Unterkunft mit dem tollen Balkon der riesigen privaten Terrasse. Für uns ist die Lage und die Unterkunft ideal. Wenn wir mal eine Frage oder Anliegen hatten, hat sich Stefania direkt gemeldet und super freundlich reagiert. Wir fühlten uns wieder sehr wohl.

Ottima posizione, defilato dal rumore del centro. Spiaggia vicina, host super disponibile anche se si desidera fare surf. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e nonostante sia solo una camera è stato allestito un angolo cucina molto utile. Consigliatissimo!

Lovely villa, everything you needed was in the villa, we’ve stayed in quite a few and couldn’t believe how we didn’t want for anything because it was already there! We used to go to the Golf Club up the road and use the bar and shuttle bus down to the front in the early evening which was great. There was shampoo, and alsorts supplied! Plenty of coat hangers in the wardrobes which was great, it really was home from home! A taxi back in the evening was cheap 3-4 euros! We really enjoyed out stay and will definitely be back! Thankyou for allowing us an earlier check-in too!

Lovely apartment/ home. Location is fantastic, a 10 minute stroll on the promenade to Rubicon Marina, which has lots of nice shops & restaurants, plus a nice clientele! (& not a fake designer handbag shop in sight!😁) 10 min drive to Playa Blanca. My only criticism is the pool has a plastic layer that is coming off, so there are pieces of it floating around in the pool all of the time, even after the 2 pool cleans we had. A suggestion is, for the money, is a mid week clean would be great. Comfy beds & stunning views! On the whole, great food & wine!

We had a wonderful time up in the mountains of Batencuria. Our hosts Libia and Stephan were fantastic and even took the time to come meet us in person. The property is as described, a lovely traditional aged Spanish home with heaps of character and very comfortable. We totally loved it there.

Die Unterkunft ist schöner, als die Fotos erwarten lassen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist grandios. Das Licht taucht die karge Landschaft in wechselnde Farben. Die Couch der Terrasse ist sehr gemütlich. Grill und eine Auswahl an Weingläser sind vorhanden. 2 kleinere Kühlschränke mit 2 Gefrierfächern ist mehr als ausreichend. Im April war der Pool bis ca 17:00 in der Sonne und gerade noch warm genug um zu planschen. Simbad war jederzeit via Whats-App zu erreichen und äußerst hilfsbereit. Die Navigation mit Hilfe Google maps und seinem Link war optimal ! Für die kühleren Abende gab's einen smart TV im Wohnzimmer. Wir werden wieder zurückkehren und können die Unterkunft bedenkenlos empfehlen.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit danke dafür ! Leider gab es keinen Pool das war das einzige was auf dem Bild anders rüber kommt ! Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt .

Desde el primer momento fue todo perfecto, Marisol contactó conmigo antes de la llegada, luego siempre hubo comunicación fluida. La casa esta genial, todo tal cual se anunciaba. Viajamos con 2 perror que lo pasaron genial en la zona al aire libre de la casa. Seguramente repetiremos.

Nasza rodzina spędziła niezapomniane wakacje w Casa Belvedere w Villaverde na Fuerteventurze. Willa została zaprojektowana z dbałością o każdy detal, co sprawiło, że czas spędzony tam był prawdziwym relaksem. Zarówno my, jak i nasze dzieci, czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo. Widoki z willi, szczególnie podczas wschodów i zachodów słońca, były oszałamiające i na długo pozostaną w naszej pamięci. Miejsce to oferuje spokój i ciszę, idealne do odpoczynku z dala od turystycznych miejscowości. Codzienne poranne kąpiele w podgrzewanym basenie były dla nas i dzieci fantastyczną zabawą, niezależnie od pogody. Co więcej, gdy musiałem przysiąść do pracy przy komputerze, widok z okna przed biurkiem sprawiał, że praca stawała się prawdziwą przyjemnością. Z pewnością wrócimy do Casa Belvedere na dłuższy pobyt, by jeszcze bardziej cieszyć się tym wyjątkowym miejscem.

L' appartamento è al primo piano e ha una grande terrazza confortevole che volge a est e la mattina è molto bello fare colazione al sole. La cucina è ben organizzata, le camere da letto sono spaziose e comode. C'è possibilità di parcheggio lungo la strada e anche un posto auto all'interno. Di fronte ci sono due grandi supermercati. C'è anche una piscina condominiale di cui però non abbiamo usufruito. La posizione è molto comoda al Parco delle dune e al centro di Corralejo raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto. Consigliato!

Vinzenzo fue muy amable y respondió a todas las peticiones que le hicimos. El lugar es muy agradable y tranquilo , que es lo que buscabamos, cerca de la playa y a pocos minutos del centro. Gracias por todo! Marta

A welcoming, superbly equipped accommodation. It is very comfortable for 2 being compact and homely. Situationally it’s excellent with everything a short walk away. Loads of restaurants to cater for all tastes, supermarkets a few minutes walk away and spectacular beaches! The local handbook that was left by Howard and Janine provides much useful information. It’s missing information about El Cotillo labyrinth though, which is an hours walk away and quite interesting! Look online! If you aren’t one for noise just make sure you’re not heading out in fiesta time as partying goes on until about 2am and you hear the music and celebrations. As hosts you are informed and accommodated in a very friendly manner! We loved our stay and totally recommend it! A big thank you to Howard and Jannie for sharing your bolt hole!
