Situado en la urbanización Playa Paraiso, junto al "Parque Natural de Jandía". A 2 km del centro de Costa Calma, tenemos todos los servicios.

Die Wohnung mit atemberaubendem Blick auf das Meer liegt inmitten eines Naturschutzgebietes in der Nähe des Strandes von Sotavento, im Süden von Fuerteventura. Der Strand ist bekannt für seinen weißen Sand und sein kristallklares türkisfarbenes Wasser. Es ist ein idealer Ort um Wassersport zu treiben (Windsurfen...). Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und befindet sich in einem Komplex mit einem Außenpool und großen Terrassen mit Liegestühlen (konstelos).Wir sprechen GE/ENG/SP/FR/NL 2025-T5516

Se encuentra en una parcela de 500m2. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de 2x2. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de 0,80x2, convertible en cama doble de 1,60x2. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama nido. La cocina está totalmente equipada. El salón-comedor es muy amplio. Tiene grandes cristaleras con acceso a su amplia terraza y piscina, tiene una gran luminosidad durante todo el día. Desde ahí mismo se pueden apreciar las vistas al mar, a la vez que unas increíbles puestas de sol.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

The villa is the perfect place for wind- and kite surfers (Rene Egli Pro Center is 700m away) or guests who simply want to relax and enjoy the benefits of having all you need in close proximity (restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, beaches, sports facilities, etc.). The villa is very well equipped and has been renovated in Dec. 2019. Free parking right next door.

This home is encased in floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for outside living to be brought inside. Sunlight pours in, brightening every aspect of this space. And at night-time, you can feel yourself part of the universe, immersed in dozen of constellations.

Es un bungalow con muy buena iluminación, cocina completamente equipada. A unos escasos 40 metros disponen de Supermercados, tiendas varias, Restaurantes, Cafés, Kiosko de revistas. Si vuestra intención es relajarse éste es el sitio ideal. Piscina climatizada ( 27º a 29º)La piscina es compartida con la propietaria.

Der nicht einsehbare große Innenhof (28 m²) mit privatem Pool (17 m²) mit Gegenstromanlage und Unterwasserscheinwerfer ist mit Sonnenschirm und Teakholzgarnitur ausgestattet.
