Die Finca bietet viel Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Die geräumige und windgeschützte Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen, Lesen eines Buches oder einfach zum Genießen der Sonne ein. La Pared befindet sich nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt vom größeren Ort Costa Calma weshalb wir unbedingt ein Mietauto empfehlen.

Auf zwei Etagen können hier zwei Personen ihren unvergesslichen Urlaub verbringen. Zu Ihrer Sicherheit wurden 2 vernetzte Rauch- und Kohlenmonixid-Sensoren installiert. Eine große Auswahl an Restaurants & Cafés, zwei Supermärkten, Bäcker und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in direkter Nähe und sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung mit atemberaubendem Blick auf das Meer liegt inmitten eines Naturschutzgebietes in der Nähe des Strandes von Sotavento, im Süden von Fuerteventura. Der Strand ist bekannt für seinen weißen Sand und sein kristallklares türkisfarbenes Wasser. Es ist ein idealer Ort um Wassersport zu treiben (Windsurfen...). Un ambiente unico per la tua vacanza indimenticabile. Io e mia sorella Noemi abbiamo 2 appartamenti vicini e li gestiamo con tanto amore.

El apartamento situado en planta alta se encuentra en una zona residencial muy tranquila. Está recién reformado y totalmente equipado, es muy amplio con 50 m2, la cocina y el comedor están situados frente al mar. El balcón está cubierto y acristalado hacia el lado norte como cortavientos. ¡Lo mejor es la fantástica vista panorámica al mar! También se incluye un jardín privado e independiente en la planta baja: ¡así son unas vacaciones perfectas! Todo esto a menos de 50m de la playa!
