Logement spacieux, assez calme et propre ! Emplacement de parking gratuit autour mais pas toujours facile de trouver. Je recommande ce logement.

Le séjour chez Sonia s'est très bien passé. Environnement calme, agréable et facile d'accès grâce à plusieurs lignes de bus. Il y a des petits commerces de proximité, le logement est confortable et le lit est top ! Je garde un bon souvenir de ma semaine à Déville. Petit tips pour les futurs voyageureuses : il y a eu des petits chapardages de couteaux de cuisine et d'economes donc avoir sur soi un couteau suisse/Opinel n'est pas négligeable. Pour le reste, Sonia est quelqu'un de très agréable, arrangeant et bienveillant. Je recommande :)

Très bon séjour, accueil parfait, très bonne communication. Le logement est fidèle à la description, très bien agencé, et chaleureux. Les commerces à proximité immédiate sont un réel plus. Stationnement facile, Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très bon séjour passé chez Noémie et Miriam, l'appartement est parfait pour un week-end de visite à Rouen, au calme et proche du centre.

Great apartment, easy check in, great communication. Location good, 10min walk to the river, lots to do and plenty of great restaurants. 20min walk into the city. Parking is free on the nearby streets, we had to drive around a few times to find one. Apartment lovely and clean, everything you need.

Très bel appartement proche du centre ville mais au calme. Le logement est très propre et très agréable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos 2 enfants.

Séjour très agréable. Logement impeccable, fidèle au photo. Tout est mis à disposition pour être dans le confort. Le logement est près du centre ville en voiture, facile d’accès avec le tram. Au alentours du logement pas mal de fast-food, Super U et grand frais. David a été très réactif, et de bon conseil pour visiter Rouen. Je recommande vivement ce logement, qui accepte également les animaux de compagnie. Nous avons passer une semaine parfaite! Ma famille et moi même reviendrons sans hésiter ! À bientôt je l’espère ! El Beuf is not a city of action and excitement. It a city of diverse culture and deep history. Everything is within walking distance and the location provided a great cross breeze to keep me and my family cool inside the home. My host was responsive and even attempted to resolve my internet issues (as I work remotely). Although we did not get it fully resolved, it means a lot that my host made the attempt. The unit is at the center of town, so as a disclaimer: There are pigeons, but they won't bother you if you don't bother them 😁. I recommend this place with 5 stars, and would rent again.

Great location as it was not in a busy neighborhood but was still very close and walkable to the main areas of the city. Great sized kitchen for two people and worked well for a month. On colder days being able to run the heaters was nice and being able to open the windows on warmer days for a breeze. Overall, really enjoyed the space and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Appartement cosy et très agréable (hyper propre). Il est très bien situé (à 20 min à pieds de la gare et 5 min des quais de Seine). Marie-Laure nous a permis d'arriver bien avant l'heure de départ prévue, et la communication est très facile. Arrivée très facile grâce à la boite à clefs.

nous avions pris le studio très cosy bien agencé très propre le parc avec l'accès à la piscine qu'on a pu profiter tout était parfait et notre hôte très accueillant je recommande
