Zweizimmerwohnung im ersten Stock ohne Aufzug, in dominanter und sonniger Lage, verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Wohnzimmer mit Einzelschlafcouch, Küche und Badezimmer mit kleine Badewanne..

It lies in the exclusive district of Lugano - Castagnola, at the foot of Monte Bre’ , "the sunniest mountain in Switzerland", 50 meters from Lake Lugano, and with a splendid view over the lake and the majestic Mount San Salvatore. It is at the beginning of the idyllic path along the lake to Gandria, past the beautiful beach " San Domenico " and some romantic restaurants.
