Only a 15 min walk to any of the 3 bridges, train station, eateries, wine-bars, gym and Ebrington Square where we have live open air entertainment. We are also a 10 min drive to city center. Also, you can find many different types of shops, and entrances to the Richmond and the Foyleside Shopping Centres.
