- This unique and friendly spot boasts a convenient location to Central Oregon's famous outdoor activities. The space is only a 26 minute drive to Mt. Bachelor, the beginning of the scenic Cascade Lakes Highway, and a short walk to The Village at Sunriver. Community pool, hot tub, and laundry are on site and accessible. Wifi and Netflix logins are provided to all guests. The hot tub is open year round. The pool typically opens on Memorial Day weekend snd typically closes sometime in September.

This special ranch property is two blocks away from endless recreation in the Deschutes National Forest. (PLEASE NOTE; national forest access has been closed as of May 1, 2025-May 2026 for fuel reduction and restoration. blm trails are open) Includes one king Sleep Number bed and one queen Murphy bed. Private hot tub out the back door.

The room has a double bed, full private bathroom, closet space, a kitchenette, and seasonal access to the outside deck and hammock. Includes heating and cooling controls, a mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, cups, plates, and utensils. Coffee, tea, snacks, ice provided. Great for late night arrivals or early departures! The space is quaint- room & bathroom- 185 sq. ft. total

You'll enjoy the main house with the best views of Smith Rock and the Cascade mountains. Smith Rock State Park is literally across the street. A great location for outdoor activities at the park or in the region. Hike, climb, bike, walk or jog around the park. Sip tea inside and watch the animals. Perfect for artist and photographers. NOTE: The loft is on the 2nd floor of a walk-up building. There are approx. 25 steps leading up to the apartment and there is no elevator in the building.
