Thank you for your interest in The Cozy Lookout Tower! Our unique vacation home is really a destination location rather than just a place to stay while you explore the area. Many of our guests are repeat guests that use our home as a place to recharge, relax, cook, read, talk, play games and connect with that special someone. There are some lovely hikes in the area, we encourage you to bring your dog and enjoy the beautiful surroundings by taking some hikes then returning for a soak in the tub!

The Black Duck Cabin is a perfect destination for all of Central Oregon's amazing activities. 10 minute drive to Sunriver Village, 30 minute drive to Mt. Bachelor, 30 minutes to Downtown Bend, 10 minute walk to the Deschutes River, golfing, fishing, hiking, shopping, mountain biking, all a short drive. Tucked away on a quiet acre in Three Rivers, we offer a cozy, eco-friendly basecamp for your adventures. Soak in the hot tub after a day on the trails, warm up in the barrel sauna, or gather by the fire pit under the stars. Inside, you’ll find knotty pine, a full kitchen, WiFi, and thoughtful touches. 30 min to Bend and Mt. Bachelor, 15 min to Sunriver — and far from the noise.

The Hideout | A Modern Tiny Cabin Near Mt. Hood

The Woodlands Hideout is a small intentional semi-offgrid retreat space, featured on Dwell. It was designed and built by Further Society and created to allow guests to immerse in the beauty of the natural world, but still offer some cozy and more essential comforts. Although the footprint of the space is small, we designed the experience to be outward focussed, so it feels very expansive with the towering pine trees in view.

The Little Lodge

The Little Lodge is a 2024 remodeled mid-century cottage. Centrally located around restaurants, golf, hiking, waterfalls, fishing, and the McKenzie River. This mountain style home is perfect for an individual, or two. A private trail from the back deck leads down to the emerald waters of the McKenzie River. Detailed craftsmanship intended to offer the cozy mountain feel, and outdoor living for scenic relaxation.
