The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. Welcome to our villa near Lake Como, nestled in the charming city of Valbrona, celebrated for biking, climbing, hiking and much more. Our apartment has a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. The apartment features a spacious 70-square-meter private terrace overlooking the lake. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).

So inviting on a hot summer day, the infinity pool is just outside the door and the pleasant sound of water spilling over the edge is soothing and restful. The quiet, luxuriously green countryside is perfect for short walks to the nearby picturesque villages of Livo and Naro and long walks climbing the beautiful mountainous area we live in.

Ein Ort für Naturliebhaber. Unser Apartment befindet sich in einem typisch lombardischen Haus im ursprünglichen Bergdorf Livo, oberhalb von Gravedona ed Uniti am nordwestlichen Ufer des Comer Sees. Auf rund 650 m Höhe genießen Wanderfreunde und Ruhesuchende die klare Bergluft und die Stille, der See ist dennoch in etwa 15–20 Minuten erreichbar.
