São Lourenço beach house is a family house with excellent views and a unique design. Nestled on the top of a hill in Ribamar, with a wide view over São Lourenço Beach, and just a few minutes drive from the center of the village of Ericeira, you will find this house with stunning views. The location of this property is approximately 1.4km from Praia de São Lourenço, 600m from the center of the typical village of Ribamar and 6 km from the center of Ericeira, supermarkets and the highway to Lisbon.

The Pool Pavilion is a cosy and relaxed two suites and kitchen space that overlooks a lush garden and is the ideal choice for a joyful and relaxing getaway. Appointed to a high standard with simple yet sophisticated materials, such as micro cement flooring , stucco walls and linen curtains, and decorated in soothing natural colours, it blends harmoniously with its surroundings. Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious, private garden with wood decking, a heated pool, sun loungers and table.

Casa da Encosta - Hillside cabin near the sea

Casa da Encosta is located in the picturesque Aldeia do Penedo, on the hills of Sintra facing the Atlantic. The nearby beaches (Adraga, Praia Grande, Praia das Maçãs and others) are just 5 km away. This two bedroom house (plus a mezzanine) dates from the 1930’s and was passionately renovated in 2023 by Katrin Kaasa and Duarte Amaral Netto, your hosts. The house maintains the spirit of a cabin (low ceiling in the kitchen and some doors) but was carefully designed for comfort and stylish details.

Barril House -Ericeira

A Barril House fica a apenas 2km de distância da Praia da Calada e a mais ou menos 10 minutos das restantes praias da Ericeira. Está localizada no Barril que fica entre as praias da Ericeira e Santa Cruz. É uma pequena casa de dois andares com um pequeno terraço cheio de sol durante todo o dia. A casa tem uma sala com sofá cama de casal, cozinha e wc no piso de baixo e um quarto com uma cama de casal e outro pequeno quarto de arrumos no piso superior. Está a 40 minutos de carro de Lisboa.
