This last floor apartment in a nearly 400 year's old building, was just renovated. You will find Yourself in the Chiado area of Lisbon with all its buzz and life. Inside the apartment You will find all the amenities, including air conditioning, heating, cable tv, wifi cable internet, ipod dock for music, american kitchen in two counters with dishwasher, washing/drying machine, fridge, coffee machine, orange juice squeezer, toaster, kettle, oven, electric hob (2) and hairdryer. The marble bathroom, with a spacious shower enclosure and a small window, is a plus. One of the nicest features of this fantastic apartment is the terrace, with the floor in mosaic tiles, where You will experience the well known and amazing Lisbon Light. The living room area of the apartment has a very large sliding door that opens into the terrace. The apartment is an open space, but at the same time, living room/dinning room areas as well as the "bedroom" and the kitchen are very well defined. From the bedroom area of the apartment there is a glass wall that leads to the terrace in front of the double bed. The apartment accommodates 5, has a double bed ( futon style for 2), two single beds on the sofás and a single bed futon style on the mezzanine. Tram nº28 passes just in front and the metro is 350m away. The Train to Cascais is 850m away from the apartment. If You enjoy night life, You will be in walking distance to lots of bares and nightlife streets (Bairro Alto and Cais do Sodré). Car Parking is available (15€/day) 200 meters from the apartment. If You wish to visit Lisbon and stay in one of the nicest areas, You just found Your apartment!
The building is located in the Chiado neighborhood. The iconic Tram 28 passes just in front of the home and the metro is 350 meters away. The area itself is home to great nightlife options, restaurants, and bars in Bairro Alto nearby.

National Republican Guard or to the Public Security Police
