A casa foi remodelada recentemente e ampliada com uma construção moderna e de design desfrutando da vista e da envolvente . Vê-se desde o topo da Serra de Sintra, ao Guincho ao Cabo Espichel. A dois passos dos percursos pedestres da Serra de Sintra e dos seus monumentos e junto de bons restaurantes , de cafés com bom ambiente , a pequena aldeia tem supermercado e farmácia para sua tranquilidade. Os hóspedes têm à sua disposição uma casa com 2 quartos, sala e cozinha, totalmente privativa e acesso a um grande jardim com uma piscina infinita onde podem desfrutar da maravilhosa vista. Moro na propriedade e estou disponível para partilhar histórias e informações sobre a região. Adoro ciclismo e conheço a Serra como a palma da minha mão. Posso partilhar os segredos da serra e aconselhar os melhores restaurantes da região. Malveira da Serra, aldeia pitoresca junto a Cascais e Lisboa (20 min), com percursos pedestres na Serra de Sintra e seus monumentos. A Praia do Guincho e as suas dunas selvagens com a sua beleza única, são um paraíso para o Surf/Kite-surf/Windsurf. Aconselho o uso de carro próprio.

VILLA LUNA - CASCAIS/MONTE ESTORIL

Enter at the upper level through the front sunny patio and into a large living room with two distinct areas for either TV viewing or lounging. This floor has 3 bedrooms with queen beds. A masterbedroom with private bath and 2 additional bedrooms with a shared bath. There is also a powderroom. On the lower level, the house features a family style open kitchen, dining room and a pleasant sitting area with fireplace open to the rear garden with glass doors. The garden is perfect for extending family gatherings outdoors. There are also 2 bedrooms with twin beds in each and a shared hall bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with glass doors to the garden and barbecue. Villa Luna is equipped with internet WI-FI. For stays longer than 2 weeks, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. House with Magnificent Sea View and Heated Pool

A casa está situada a 700 m da praia num bairro residencial sossegado. Tem uma grande varanda sobre o vale em frente e com vista para o mar. No piso inferior encontra-se a sala de estar com 40 m2 com lareira, um quarto com casa de banho e uma cozinha. No piso superior um quarto em suite com casa de banho, um segundo quarto com 2 camas e um terceiro quarto com uma cama individual e outra cama por baixo da primeira. Os dois últimos quartos dispõem de uma casa de banho comum. O jardim é vedado A casa tem um abrigo para um carro e há sempre lugares para parqueamento grátis na rua. O meu espaço é bom para famílias (com crianças). Em alternativa existe um cofre para recolha das chaves A casa situa-se numa colina verdejante e sossegada, numa das zonas mais elegantes do Estoril, a 10 minutos a pé da praia.

Stunning sea view beach apartment-Estoril, Lisbon

The apartment has a stunning frontal sea view, from the living room, bedroom and kitchen, it faces south and has lots of light. It is only a 2 min walk to the beach(Poça beach) and 5 min to train station ( 10 mins to Cascais and 30 mins to Lisbon). The location is ideal for water sport lovers (surf/paddle). You can enjoy walking, jogging or cycling along the shore to Cascais using the promenade (paredão). The neighbourhood has lovely cafes, a wonderful grocery shop as well as many restaurants.
