L'appartement de Francesca est très agréable, avec un balcon, à la fois très bien placé à quelques minutes du centre ville et très calme. Francesca est très réactive et accueillante. Parfait pour vister la région.

The appartment is new, very well equiped and it really looks like in the photos. Communication with Alessio was always on time and very usefull. Highly recommnend to stay in Lucca.

This place felt like home. You are within a villa which has lovely gardens to enjoy and strategically placed art to ponder. There is parking across the street if you have a car or a bus stop if you rather backpack your way around. We experienced both and each was a viable option. The air conditioning was very good, and there was ceiling fans which was a bonus. The wifi worked and was very useful. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The location is just outside Lucca and perfect if you want to stay away from any crowds but also close enough to get to a lot of hot spots when desired. You get a local experience here…a bit of a time piece which is beautiful in itself. The host (Maria) was a delightful lady that provided much help and assistance as needed. We stayed for a month would have stayed longer if we could. I would definitely recommend this home in a heartbeat. Enjoy Italy 🇮🇹 🙏

Esperienza positiva. Appartamento ampio, in posizione semi-centrale e dotato di tutto l’occorrente per una vacanza. Letti e cuscini comodi (cosa non scontata). Host gentile e disponibile.

Really nice accommodation! The flat looks better than photos and was great prepared for guests. It is nice when you can find cookies, bottle of water and the most od all - well cleaned flat. Sergio was very helpful and recommended a lot of local places. Chairs for the beach and bikes were very useful. The place is just 200m from good beach and not more than 5 min walk from excellent italian café and restaurants. There is calm ambience and very few tourists. Highly recommend!

My mum and I had an amazing stay at Mario’s place. It was really comfortable, clean and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need (even umbrellas which came in handy on a rainy day!). Claudio was an amazing and really friendly host, showing us around the apartment and explaining how everything worked! It was also super easy to get into Firenze city centre- either walking or 3 stops on the tram. We visited 2 of the restaurants recommended by Claudia which we LOVED. We honestly felt right at home at the apartment and would have loved to have stayed longer!

Ottima posizione per passeggiare a Volterra, un appartamentino carino e una padrona di casa gentile. C'è stato un leggero odore di fogna in bagno per un po’, e il parcheggio si è rivelato a pagamento. Ma i lati positivi hanno sicuramente superato quelli negativi.

⸻ Soggiorno perfetto! La casa è davvero super in ordine, curata nei minimi dettagli, piccolina ma con tutto quello che serve: comoda, accogliente e con tutti i comfort. Ci hanno fatto trovare anche un kit per la colazione che è stata una sorpresa graditissima! Gli host sono stati eccezionali: super attenti, disponibili e gentili. Ci hanno guidato passo passo su come accedere alla casa. Alla fine del soggiorno abbiamo lasciato le chiavi al padre, una persona davvero squisita e cordiale, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Esperienza più che positiva, consigliatissima! Torneremmo sicuramente.

By far, the best Air BNB stay I’ve had. Francesco was superb. Great communication. Sending a video of the entry process was really helpful. Everything was well thought out and it was hard to leave. The flat is in a neighborhood where I’ve stayed many times and is a very different, elegant part of Florence. There are plenty of shops and restaurants and the location down the hill near Porto Romana made grabbing the bus very easy. The furnishings and amenities were a cut above. Francesco could not have been more responsive to our needs, providing advice, taking care of a small plumbing issue immediately and making sure we got our taxi to the airport. I hope to be a repeat renter! Grazie mille.

Daniele & Clara were so great. I unexpectedly got sick and was delayed a day, but my group was able to check in no issue without me. Clara also made accommodations for my late arrival which was such a help. Their place was beautiful, and had all our group needs. Close to all the Florence attractions, which Clara was also very helpful in recommending to our group. We made great memories! Thank you to them both!

We really enjoyed our stay in Florence and making Luca’s centrally-located place our base made a big, big difference. It’s a stone’s throw from the duomo and hundreds other places you don’t want to miss while in this lovely city. The 3-bedroom apartment was tastefully decorated and I felt like I was staying at a Medici pad, high ceilings, renaissance like wall designs, so serene and elegant. Luca was so gracious to welcome us at the door on our first day. It made check-in a breeze. He also provided several great recommendations from restaurants to must-go places to groceries. Perfect host and perfect house. I highly recommend Luca’s place.

I had a really good stay here. It’s very close to the station, good restaurants and the main sights. Most of all the host, Francesco, was really good. We had some issues whilst staying there and he went out of his way to help us, he visited us twice and maintained contact throughout our stay. He also gave us suggestions for restaurants and talked to us like we were friends. All in all it was a really good experience.

En el departamento nos sentimos muy cómodas, estaba muy limpio y ordenado. La ubicación es buena a 3 cuadras de la parada del bus 1A que te deja en la estación del tranvía Strozzy-Fsllaci que te lleva a la estación María Nouvella en Florencia. Hay un supermercado cerca , el barrio tranquilo y bonito.

We only stayed one night so didn’t get to explore the area but it was beautiful country and had restaurants and grocery near by. Hosts were very sweet!!! Very much appreciate the coffee pods and tea.

If I could give more than five stars, I would! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. Miriam and Roberto considered every detail—from the super comfy beds to the warm welcome. It's perfectly located near the central station, making it easy to catch trains to Cinque Terre. Miriam communicated promptly and warmly, offering helpful local tips. It’s clear they truly care about their guests' experience. Despite our early morning checkout, they came to see us off and even drove our heavy bags to the station—such a kind gesture! Their hospitality made us feel like we were visiting friends. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone heading to the Cinque Terre region. Thank you, Miriam and Roberto, for making our visit so memorable!

Luca’s apartment made our visit to Florence even more enjoyable! The location is perfect—close to everything—and being on the first floor made it super convenient, especially if you prefer not to use the elevator. What we loved the most was how clean and well-equipped the apartment was. Everything we needed was right there. Thank you, Luca, for making our stay smooth and easy. Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

Amazing place!! We’re been to many air B&B rentals and this one is definitely at the top of the list. Beautiful, spacious, and extremely clean. Beds are comfortable. Location is superb and very central (yet master bedroom is very quiet). View from the windows is gorgeous. Host was very responsive and friendly and went above and beyond in trying to help us with parking situation. We absolutely recommend.

Mirko’s place was the perfect spot in Florence. It was a beautiful place nestled right in the middle of everything. We never walked more than 10 minutes to find what we were looking for. Giselle was amazing and there for anything we needed and any questions we had. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Florence.

This loft apartment is lovely and the perfect place for a couple. It has everything you need with a beautiful view on the sourrounding hills. The historic city center and the port is just a couple of minutes walk away and you get very quick to the trainstation to explore cinque terre.
