We booked this home on short notice (less than two hours prior to our arrival) and Jonathan was an excellent host. The home was clean and ready for us, plenty of space, very safe area with great walkability to shopping and restaurants, and only took an easy 20 min drive to all of our downtown activities. Plenty of linen, cooking equipment, and loved having a garage and large yard!

Nice property. Easy to find. Clean. Spacious. Has everything you need. The listing and pictures are accurate. It's also accurate that you'll use all the steps. Garage and one bedroom on the ground floor. Living, dining, kitchen, laundry, half bath on the second floor. Third floor has the master, second bed and full bath and loft. 10 foot ceilings on the second floor adds a couple stairs to your daily cardio. Access to the garage is a major plus. Great coffee shop right across the street and other shops and places to eat within walking distance. It is just south of a major street. It happened to be closed due to construction during our stay but traffic noise is still noticeable most of the time. Regardless, this property is in a great location to get to so many fantastic places within 5-20 minutes. Definitely would stay again.

We had a wonderful time at Nick’s place, despite the weather! We were in Indiana to celebrate a family members graduation from Ball State. All guests agreed that this spot was well worth the 30 minute easy drive to campus. The home was exactly as described, the hot tub was hot, the paddle boat was loads of fun for navigating the small lake, the pool table provided hours of entertainment and the board games filled in the down time. Nick left a manual with answers to all our questions and was easy to commute with for our one question that did not have a ready answer. We would stay here again if ever in the area again!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was spotless and clean. It was in a great location to drive to local restaurants and get downtown. Would stay here again!

The Boulders Lodge worked out perfectly for our mountain biking trip to Brown County. The lodge had ample space for 7 of us. The two kitchens had everything, the beds and bedrooms give everyone the space they needed. The drive to Brown County State park was 15 minutes.

This home was absolutely ideal for our trip to Indianapolis. It came fully stocked with essentials like towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash—a thoughtful touch that made packing much easier. The kitchen was impressively equipped with everything we needed, including utensils, pots, pans, and even a griddle. When I reached out to the host upon arrival, she responded promptly and was incredibly helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend this home for anyone planning a visit to Indianapolis!

This place was AMAZING for my mental break. It was clean & private. I highly recommend & would stay again. Super close to downtown with very cheap Lyfts! They were every responsive when i had any questions & did daily check ins. If you’re looking for a spot to mind your business this one is great. Also great lighting! Thank you for hosting me!

Nice, clean house, very close to the Butler campus. Was perfect for us because we were in town moving our youngest son out at the end of his freshman year. Having a parking spot behind the house was nice instead of having to park on the street.
