Adventure just a little further and you will be in the center of Fayetteville’s one of a kind Downtown district complete with the historic square, Dickson St, shops, and local restaurants. The fun continues at home with a ping pong table, baggo, and a backyard with a fire pit, hammock, grill, and seating.

Deer and wildlife are abundant even though you're located within a mile of lots of activities. Take advantage of the local grocery store just down the street, restaurants and university games. Or hike at beautiful Mt. Sequoyah and take in the view!

Named after our beloved 39-lb tricolor corgi 🐾, Augie himself designed and remodeled the space (with some help from his humans).
