This 270 year old stone cottage was once the servants quarters for Oakleigh House, located centrally in the village on a quiet cul-de-sac. Tranquil lodge on family farm

Large single lodge located on the edge of a traditional orchard on our fruit and vegetable farm. Far reaching views across the Vale of Evesham to the Cotswolds. Large deck area and enclosed garden with adjacent parking. Off road walking routes to local villages. Near Evesham and Pershore, Stratford, Worcester and Cheltenham half an hour away. A luxury 2 bed barn on our farm in Warwickshire

A two bedroom barn with views overlooking the field that the barn is named after. The barn includes a large open plan kitchen living room, with under floor heating throughout. There are two large bedrooms with super king beds that can be turned into singles upon request. One bedroom has an en suite shower room and the other is positioned next to the main bathroom which includes a rain shower and free standing bath. We are situated within a stone throw of the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon.

Our family Cottage is my favourite space to chill and relax. Its a cosy grade II listed 17th century cottage, full of original charm and character. We have a quaint country cottage garden which offers an additional peaceful space. Nestled in the beautiful village of Cropthorne, it sits on the edge of the Cotswolds. There are several village pubs to visit and local farm shops to explore and if you want a trip out to our larger towns or cities we are the perfect location for a short trip away.

Byfield House- The farm house to a working farm which sits adjacently. You will probably meet some cows or sheep in the field over the garden fence. Located in the Worcestershire countryside. Cosy home with period features. A large garden which is great for kids to run around and play. Feel free to use climbing frame, goal and trampoline. Large driveway will comfortably fit all your vehicles. Currently building work in the farmyard on weekdays, but every effort is being made to limit noise

The Woodshed

We are located in the countryside but within easy reach of Cheltenham, Stratford-on-Avon, the Cotswolds, the Malverns and Worcester. We are a working farm at the foot of Bredon Hill, just over one mile from the local village which has a great pub. There are many great walks and cycle routes around and we also have a large pond which is great for fishing in or relaxing by. The Woodshed is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with children).

On the northern edge of the Cotswolds, our 17th-century Grade II listed riverside home (1631) sits in 1.5 acres of private meadow garden beside the River Avon. Full of character... wonky walls, panelled rooms, two inglenook fireplaces and a wood-burning stove... it’s a charming countryside retreat. Perfect for groups.
