Charming guest house in stunning wooded valley

Our beautiful guest house is surrounded by stunning countryside - just waiting to be walked or cycled. It comfortably sleeps two (but has a travel cot for little ones) with an open plan kitchen and cosy living area, plus bathroom. Outside is a sunny garden area with table and seating. The space is really light with lots of windows and oak features. Lots of thought and love have gone into decor to make it a really lovely space. The apartment is separate from the main house and very private.

The Old Coach House at Tintern, the Wye Valley

The old coach House is a few minutes walk from the centre of Tintern on the banks of the river Wye, where you'll find the famous abbey, as well as places to eat and drink, and shops selling local crafts. The Wye Valley Walk passes the house, and the hourly bus between Chepstow and Monmouth stops just metres away. Staying at the historic Old Coach House in Tintern, you'll experience the unique charm of an early 1800s Welsh cottage, while enjoying modern comforts in a stylish and homely setting.

A beautiful, private self-catering studio apartment set in sought after luscious green, exclusive and wild destination of St Catherine, just 20 minutes from World Heritage site city of Bath. Guests have exclusive use of private hot tub for en extra cost please see details below. There is a pet fee of £20 per pet. In summer months guests can hire fire bowl/barbecue and logs, for £20. The property is located approximately half a mile (about a 10 minute walk) from Twyn Square in the centre of Usk town, which has many pubs shops and eateries. The bungalow has a fully equipped kitchen and there are 2 good sized bedrooms overlooking the front garden. There are many breathtakingly beautiful walks on the doorstep. Access is along a single track lane leading to a private parking area for 1-2 cars. Strictly no parking on the lane please, because it is a public right of way.

There are plenty of activities/adventures to keep you busy! Including wild swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding, climbing Yat rock, bike riding, woodland walks and fishing. There is a village shop and cafe all within a few minutes walk. The property has its own parking and all the amenities to make it a great base from which to explore the Cotswolds.

Welcome to our home space... we’ve been busy totally redecorating , it’s so pretty we can’t wait to show you ! A quiet peaceful location, kick back & enjoy. With an award winning pub on the doorstep, literally a 3 minute walk .. the gardens are pretty, with the fresh running stream, home to our ducks. We are at the foot of May Hill, a beautiful natural area for walking & exploring. A new hottub has just been ordered and should arrive on time for Christmas 2025 bookings. 🤞

Bluebell Pod is our couples pod, with a double bed and pull out sofa, dining table, living space and a romantic outdoor bathtub with fantastic lake views and views of the farm. Our self catering pods have a kitchenette with induction hobs and a microwave. We also have outdoor seating and a private BBQ for an al-fresco dining experience. Each pod has luxurious décor selected with extra comfort in mind. Near Thornbury, Bristol where you will find lots shops and restaurants.

Otter Cottage (nr Hay-on-Wye)

This isolated retreat is in an exceptionally beautiful part of rural England that grazes the Welsh borders and yet is a stones throw from cultural, Hay on Wye. Traditional Otter Cottage is nestled on our secluded organic farm. Relax in your garden, enjoy views of the sparkling stream, snuggle up by a crackling log fire, wander to the pub for dinner or ramble the majestic Black Mountains! From the window you might see Kites, Fox, Kingfisher, deer and Otters.
