Villen als Ferienunterkünfte in Forte dei Marmi

Vi trivdes väldigt bra hos Francesca! Huset är stort och rymligt och passade bra för en familj med tre vuxna barn. Vi uppskattade särskilt att Francesca och hennes pappa var så hjälpsamma och lätta att kommunicera med. Vi kände oss verkligen som hemma och känner oss tacksamma för hjälp, tips och råd!

Die Unterkunft bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer, den wir jeden Tag genossen haben, besonders bei den traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen. Der Pool war schön und sehr gepflegt, perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Umgebung war ruhig und friedlich, was uns wirklich zur Erholung verholfen hat. Besonders haben uns auch die Olivenbäume auf dem Grundstück gefallen, die dem Ganzen einen besonderen Charme verliehen haben. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen für alle, die eine ruhige Auszeit mit fantastischen Annehmlichkeiten suchen!

Séjour absolument parfait ! La maison est impeccable, très bien équipée et bien située. Leonardo est très réactif et attentionné et nous avons passé un séjour entre amis mémorables. La maison est spacieuse, très bien entretenue, bien équipée et très charmante. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous et la terrasse et le jardin sont très intimes et sympathiques. Nous avons adoré et nous recommandons fortement, tout était parfait !

Das Haus hat mehrere Terrassen mit sensationellem Blick, neu gebaut und schöne Einrichtung, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr komfortabel und das Haus ist beheizbar.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in der ruhigen Toskana. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und man hat sich um all unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Der Ausblick auf der Terrasse ist grandios. Die Einfahrt ist spannend mit einem großen Fahrzeug, jedoch auch kein Problem. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr ruhig und schön und man ist schnell in Lucca. Ausstattungstechnisch fehlte es uns an nichts, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Falls man mit 8 Personen reist, die nicht unbedingt ein Paar sind, sind zwei der Betten vielleicht etwas eng, wir waren zu 7. und haben aus einem Zimmer ein Einzelzimmer gemacht, so hat es perfekt gepasst. Insgesamt würden wir sehr gerne wieder kommen!

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche. Der Pool war leider um diese Zeit viel zu kalt. Im Hochsommer gibt er bestimmt eine gute Abkühlung. Der Garten ist ein Paradies für Hunde. Wir waren 11 Erwachsene. Hierfür waren die 5 Zimmer zu wenig. Die Küchen Ausstattung war ausreichend für 12 Personen. Wir konnten ausgiebig kochen und grillen. Kaffeemaschine reichte leider nicht für alle aus. Da half dann nur die herkömmliche Methode. Der separate Weinschrank wurde von uns ausgiebig genutzt. Alles im allen ein guter Platz für Max. 10 Erwachsene und zwei kleine Kinder zu einer warmen Jahreszeit.

This villa was something out of a dream. Stefania was so lovely and wonderful with recommendations and booking us a rez at a fantastic local gem of a restaurant. The views were incredible and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The villa itself was cozy and inviting. The outside seating area was well used by us for nightcaps, dinner and conversations about falling in love with Tuscany and all it's amazing nooks and crannies. We wanted a picturesque and home-like central base for our 10 day adventure in Italy and we're delighted with the accommodations that really was like something out of a movie. Lucca was only a short drive away and offered the best grocery store-Esselunga! Thank you Stefania for your warm generosity, kindness and suggestions. This was a birthday trip that we will never forget and cemented our longing to return soon!

Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern bei Marco zu Gast und es war super erholsam und vor allem wegen des fantastischen Pools ein besonders schöner Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, der Garten ist groß. Die Gegend ist sehr abwechslungsreich und wunderschön, die Lage ist super. Der Supermarkt ist fußläufig, der kleine Ortskern sehr gemütlich und typisch.zum Strand fährt man 5 Minuten. Marco ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber.

We had a lovely time at Giorgia place! The views were stunning and tranquil just what we all needed! The terraces were sunny at different times of the day . We had great fun using the Pizza Oven. Also the table tennis table was used a lot. We definitely needed a car and going some lovely Villages about 30 mins away Barga and on the back to Pisa Airport stopped off at Pietrasanta celebrating Art lovely shops and quirky shops etc . The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and loved the Lavattza coffee machine ! Would definitely recommend !

The villa was outstanding. Our family all with room to spare. The weather was perfect for us and could make use of the beautiful outdoor verandah for our meals. A truly fabulous stay

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

Simone ist ein toller Gastgeber, freundlicher Empfang, brachte uns zum Haus, hat alles erklärt und war immer erreichbar wenn es ein Problem gab. Spektakulär ist die Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht von La Spezia, allein diese ist der Grund das Haus unbedingt zu buchen. Das Haus selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und man muß schon ein paar Kompromisse machen oder im positiven Sinne, es ist eine ältere Villa mit besonderem Flair.

La maison de Daniele a été parfaite pour 9 : tres bien équipée, salles de bain en nombre, cuisine ne manquant de rien… L’extérieur de la maison a énormément de charme : la vue depuis la terrasse et la piscine à débordement est magnifique, le coin barbecue est très appréciable.. Je recommande vraiment l’endroit pour son calme et son confort. Le must de l’ensemble est sûrement Daniele lui même, super hôte parmi les supers hôtes, qui nous a vraiment gâté de pleins de bonnes attentions et qui est vraiment des plus sympathiques. Bref une excellente adresse pour visiter Lucca, Florence et les environs. Merci encore à Daniele et au plaisir de se revoir!

Diletta was a great host. We sometimes had a bit of difficulty understanding the translated instructions from Italian to English. But she was always responding instantly with any questions we had. We loved her place! The most wonderful ambience, with fantastic views, and a very energetic climb up many stairs to arrive at a beautiful apartment.

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!

We just returned from a weeklong stay at this beautiful villa, two families with kids ranging in age from 2 years old to 9 years old. The villa is fairly secluded but we had no problems finding it just through Google maps. The property is essentially fully enclosed so we did not have to worry about the kids wandering onto the roads. The house was extremely clean. Both kitchens were fully stocked with all the pots, utensils and serveware that you need. The outdoors was the best! Beautiful pool cleaned daily; not sure if pool was warmed but it was hot enough outside to keep the temp extremely comfortable. Behind the pool is the beautiful vineyard and volleyball area. The owners were so friendly; they gave us giant baskets of garden veggies and another basket of snacks and so much homemade wine. Elena/Ester were so helpful. The Conad is within 8 minutes away and had lots of fresh produce. We drove into Aulla for coffee and pastries (10 min away). Great base to stay with kids!

Très jolie maison située dans un endroit calme. Nous étions 12 dont 5 enfants et2 adolescents et tout le monde a beaucoup apprécié la très belle piscine et le jardin. Il y avait une salle de jeu pour les enfants. Claudio était très disponible et aimable lorsque nous avions des questions. Merci à lui également pour ses conseils

Alles war genauso, wie beschrieben und gezeigt. Die Kommunikation mit Franco und seinem Vater verlief einwandfrei. Das Haus mag nicht leicht zu finden sein; wir wurden an einem Treffpunkt abgeholt, was Vieles erleichtert hat. Mit großen, sperrigen Autos war die Strecke nicht leicht zu fahren, aber machbar. Die Ausstattung war super, ein kleiner Backofen war vorhanden, er hätte ruhig etwas größer sein dürfen. In einem Bad stehen Dusche und Toilette sich gegenüber und nach der Dusche ist erstmal das halbe Bad sehr nass. Stellte für uns aber kein Problem dar. Der Pool und das Grundstück sind wunderbar! Wir hatten einen wunderbar entspannten Urlaub bei Franco und finden, dass Preis - Leistung stimmten. Wir können Francos Haus guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen und haben hoffentlich selbst nochmal die Möglichkeit, wieder zu kommen!

I have so much positive to say about this place! Despite what some reviews mention about the drive, it's absolutely worth it. There's a small restaurant just 2-3 minutes away, easy access to the city, and you're only about an hour from Pisa and some beaches. The house was perfect—everything well thought out and worth every penny. The pool was amazing, and the host was very responsive. If you're visiting in autumn or spring, bring warm clothes for the chilly evenings. We were sad to leave, and I can't wait to come back to this dreamy property!

Perfect fit for our group of 8. Extremely spacious gorgeous villa just west of Lucca and close to several small wineries. We may have been the first to rent as it appeared to be recently renovated. The Gardner on site Luigi was extremely helpful in troubleshooting some minor issues we had after check in. Plenty of room, spacious outdoor area set on several beautiful acres. Would definitely stay again. Perfect location to relax or explore some of the surrounding cities and sites in Tuscany.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house in Buti, Tuscany, for a week in mid-August, and it was truly a memorable experience. The properties location offers breathtaking views from the garden, where you can gaze out over the valley and into the heart of Tuscany. It's a perfect place to relax and enjoy the serene landscape. A standout feature is the outdoor kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need, including a pizza oven and a barbecue. Its perfect for anyone who loves cooking. There’s also a private swimming pool, complete with sunbeds, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. We enjoyed the small vegetable garden on the property; if you're there at the right time, you can pick fresh tomatos or peppers for your meals. The house is comfortable with a kitchen/living room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms with showers. Overall, the exceptional view and great location make this house a fantastic choice for a relaxing Tuscan holiday. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche unter Freunden in der Villa Nicolai. Das Haus ist im toskanischen Stil eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Der Garten mit Pool war einfach traumhaft und war auch für die zwei Kleinsten ein Paradies zum rumtoben. Wir haben auch zwei Kinderbetten und Hochstühle zur Verfügung bekommen. Wir würden sofort wieder in die Villa gehen und auch die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit erriechbar und haben all unsere Wünsche erfüllt.

Ein wunderschönes altes Haus das noch nicht komplett fertig Saniert ist. Das haus versprüht einen tollen Charme, auch wenn sinternet und Strom bicht ganz srabil sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!
