We facilitate Individuals, couples & families at the cottage and do our upmost to supply all the amenities that are required.

Copt Heath Cottage is a 200 year old oak beamed house in a quiet cul-de-sac. With tapestries, patchwork quilts and period furniture throughout it is ideal for a cosy getaway for 1-5 people. Our house is run on 100% renewable energy. The cottage is near greenery, a golf course and canals. Right outside there are extensive bus links and it is only 10 minutes walk from the vibrant village centre of Knowle and 10mins drive from the NEC/Airport, it’s not under the flight path though so it’s quiet.

Charming cosy character cottage tastefully renovated and opened to our first guests in March 2018. Located within a 2 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, restaurants & shops. It has an open plan kitchen, living room with log burner, 2 bedrooms (1 with a king size bed and 1 with a double bed) and a shower room (no bath). Outside there is a shared backyard and to the front of the property there is a shared picnic area.

Newly furnished character cottage situated in the small hamlet of Woodhouses, just a few minutes drive from the historic cathedral city of Lichfield. The property has a fully fitted kitchen, spacious living area with large corner sofa, smart TV, wifi and dining table. Separate double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower. Sofa converts to double bed for 1 adult or 2 children and extra mattress or a travel cot available to accommodate an additional child. Private parking for 1 vehicle.

Parts of Kenilworth Castle can be seen from the cottage. A variety cafes and restaurants in the Old Town, including The Cross our local Michelin Star Restaurant. Stareton Cottage is a lovely two bedroomed house, with it's own walled courtyard garden, furnished to a high standard, with views over an open field. It is very private, within walking distance to the NAC, less than ten minutes in a car to Leamington and Warwick University, fifteen to Warwick & twenty minutes to Stratford upon Avon. On the edge of open parkland, you can walk or run without meeting a car and you are welcome to use our 10 acres of beautiful private virgin woodland.

Our cosy home from home cottage is based in Stoke Heath, Bromsgrove. We are located on a main road with adjacent off road parking (if available). Nearby we have 2 supermarkets, 2 pubs and the Bromsgrove train station. There is also a lovely children's park, outdoor gym and cricket pitch opposite. We have both the M5 and M42 with easy access to the NEC, airport, Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon and Malverns to name a few.
