Sherry's place was amazing! Great views! This is our second visit here and have booked a third later in the summer. Sherry is a wonderful host and we appreciate her opening up this beautiful lake cottage for us.

The home was beautiful and clean. Plenty of room for family to stay. It’s located in a quaint and quiet village with restaurants and small grocery store. Andrew responded to us immediately when we had a question and checked to make sure we checked in without difficulties. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a place near ski areas, to do some leaf peeping and wanting to experience the mountains of Vermont.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakeside house. The property was exactly as described—peaceful, well-maintained, and surrounded by stunning views. From relaxing on the front porch to enjoying the view of the lake, every moment felt like a retreat. The house was spotless, fully equipped, and made us feel right at home. La cocina, estupenda para cocinar con todos los utensilios necesarios. El comedor, amplio y cómodo. Los padres y resto de familia de Sara al lado, pendientes de lo que pudiéramos necesitar. We had a lovely time at this quaint mountainous home. The neighbor nearby had some horses that grazed near the home every morning and the vistas in the distance were incredible to see. We would love to come back again next year, maybe during the more peak foliage season. Thank you all so much for your hospitality, especially for providing us an extra night!

Truly a great spot with all the small things you need to make it a special weekend. Craig and Terri had excellent communication and do everything to make you feel right at home. I’ve stayed at this place now three times and am already looking forward to being back!

Mary Jane's place was perfect for me! I needed a place to stay for 2 weeks after moving to Vermont and starting a new job. The place was spotless and super comfortable! What I appreciated the most was how thoughtfully equipped the apartment was. If I had a thought about needing something, I would turn around and it was right there. Also, the space has the architectural charm of an old house, but with super modern amenities. If I had a question or a need, Mary Jane was highly responsive and went above and beyond to be helpful! I highly recommend this rental without reservation!

Perfect place to enjoy nature and disconnect. The grounds are just gorgeous. We enjoyed the porch and the outdoor views from every room. We went to VT to visit friends and they came to hang out. We had everything we needed to host. The place was perfect for our family of 4 and we had 3 guests who stopped by everyday. We got to chat with Judy and Steve. Very nice hosts. Responsive and respectful of our privacy. They were very accommodating and even set up the fire-pit for us to hang outdoors. Check out the local grocery stores and there is a butcher near by with delicious beef we grilled. I will def return and recommend this place.

Perfect base for a ski trip to Jay Peak, about 10 minutes away. Nothing fancy, but pleasant, comfortable and roomy. Everything worked as it should. Located right in the center of the village of Montgomery Center next to restaurants, food market and ski shop.

We had a great stay at Leonard's place! Great location off the main road but easy walk into the village for cafe, restaurant, pub, groceries, and only about 15 minutes to Jay Peak for some fantastic skiing! Incredibly convenient to be able to bring our well-behaved dog! The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed (except a hairdryer, so bring your own if you really need it :) We even got to sit on the porch in the sun for some apres ski, listening to the babbling river across the street. Thanks, Leonard, for making this place available!

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend ski trip to Jay Peak.

The view of the lake is so serene and having access to it on the property was quite the bonus feature. My family knew it was too cold to swim but we were looking forward to the calmness of it all. Dominique let us know that she'd be around the last night of our stay which was a nice heads up in case we heard any noises in the main house above. They were very quiet neighbors! We took a trip over to Cold Hollow Sculpture Park during the day to visit during their last open weekend of the year which was a nice way to see some art and the surrounding landscape. Maybe next time we'll get a bite to eat somewhere but we had everything we needed to prepare meals so we mostly stayed put this time around. We'd love to stay again next time we're looking for a VT getaway if they'd have us.

Everything was great . We enjoyed our stay. Accommodations were very comfortable. Lots of things to do in the area. We will stay there again 😊. Love northern Vermont.

Book was very quick to respond to all of our questions, the resort is nice and there are lots of things to do. Was a bit pricy due to the eclipse but overall we are happy with the stay

This was our second stay at this place and we love it. We've been going to Smuggs for over 20 years and the location of this condo is exactly where you want to be! You can walk to the village, lifts, pool and fun zone in the blink of an eye, no need to take a shuttle!! If you are going up the hill to the daytime tubing, it's a quick call to the on demand shuttle that will take you right there. Thank you Allyson for the responsove communication and consideration. so glad we found your place!

This was a very nice stay in a resort that is very family friendly and self-contained. But the mountain views were absolutely spectacular, with such varied and vibrant colors! The spacious home was very nice, clean and the owner was prompt and attentive when we had a question. We thoroughly enjoyed the home, the beautiful setting, the scenery and the access to the things we were looking to do in nearby Stowe. Thanks for a great experience! We wouldn't hesitate at all to book this home again.
