Ferienunterkünfte mit Kamin in Gaeta

Un posto fantastico. A neanche mezz'ora da Sperlonga e 15 minuti Gaeta. Un terrazzo da favola, circondato da ulivi e fichi d'india. In casa non manca nulla, puoi andare solo con gli abiti che indossi perché c'è davvero tutto. Nulla da dire sulla reattività, sulla cortesia, sulla pulizia , sulla precisione, sulla serietà. Persone squisite. Lo consiglio!

La maison d’Ivo offre un point de vue unique sur la baie et est très bien située pour un accès rapide aux plages et à la ville. Son accès se mérite: on y accède par une ruelle extrêmement étroite bordée de murs. Vive la Fiat 500!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit mit tollen Vögelkonzerten. Alles ist gut zu erreichen. Leckere Pizza und Backwaren in großer Auswahl. Die gesamte Umgebung ist sehr schön. Wir waren auch zweimal im Nachbarort in der Altstadt und im Tempel. Die Luft ist im Herbst sehr feucht, riecht super, lockt aber Mücken an. Daher haben wir uns vor Ort noch Soventol besorgt. Gerne immer wieder diesen schönen Ort besuchen.

Прекрасный дом в спокойном безопасном месте. Очень чисто и уютно. Хозяин сразу же решает любые проблемы, очень доброжелательный и заботливый. Самая главная фишка дома - отличный камин, который придает вечерам приятную атмосферу. Хозяин делает все, чтобы отдых был комфортным. Если бы было лето, то можно плавать в бассейне, но мы прибыли в октябре. Чтобы провести приятное время в тихом, уютном месте - это один из лучших вариантов для выбора. Спасибо Марио, который сделал наш отдых незабываемым!

2eme fois chez Lamberto et que dire.. Nous passons à chaque fois nos meilleurs vacances dans cette superbe maison, chacun à son espace et la piscine et superbe. Lamberto est d’une gentillesse incroyable et toujours disponible au moindre soucis. Nous reviendrons. Merci pour tout !

Edda's house is located in the mountains, away from any busy roads. Nearby is a historic hilltop village with narrow roads, best to drive there (or walk upo the hill) and then explore by foot. There is a bustling local community and I recommend the "Mozzarella Store" at the nearby cross-road, which apart from the local cheese also sells excellent bread, pizzas and ham. The house is large and has 3 big bedrooms and Edda and her husband have been excellent hosts throughout our stay.

Immersi nella natura e nella tranquillità in una casa dove non manca proprio nulla. Giacinto e la moglie gentilissimi e sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta in merito ai posti da vedere e le pietanze da gustare. I dintorni offrono di tutto, dal mare ai borghi storici, alle abbazie e la casa è in un'ottima posizione per raggiungerli. Siamo stati benissimo!

À rare gem! I have been including a stop in Sperlonga every time I come to Italy just because of this Airbnb and the unparalleled welcome I always get by host, Stella. It is simply perfect in every way. The place feels like home, large and spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and in a beautiful location with the aroma of fruit trees and lovely flowers. As soon as we arrive, we start to relax as we feel as if our comfort in her home is paramount to her. She takes great care to make your stay unique and one that you will not forget. Don’t hesitate to ask and you will get great recommendations for places to visit in the area, she has great knowledge on the area. You will also have all you need in this spacious beautiful home to cook, relax and sleep well. I feel lucky to have stumbled on this wonderful place and grateful to host Stella for her hospitality that goes beyond the ordinary into the extraordinary. Wat een fijn huis! Ondanks dat wij er voor een sterfgeval waren, hebben wij echt een thuisgevoel gehad. Mooie, rustige en schone woning. De communicatie was erg goed. Wij komen zeer zeker snel terug! Een mooie plek gevonden om vaker terug te keren in mijn vaderland. Bedankt voor alles.

Edmondo is a great host, willing to help at any time, easy to communicate with. The apartment location is great, right in the middle of beautiful 'centro storico' in Terracina, it's air conditioned (main bedroom and living room/kitchen area). It's also equipped with everything you need. We stayed for 6 nights and wish to stay longer😊 Thank you Edmondo.

La casa ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Accogliente, tranquilla ed arieggiata con una bella vista sul mare. Noi siamo andati con un bambino di 7 mesi ed è stata perfetta per le nostre esigenze, consentendoci di godere del patio durante le ore più calde per poi scendere a mare sul tardi. Ampia disponibilità di spiagge nelle vicinanze. Giorgia ci ha messo a disposizione un lettino da campo. Host velocissima a rispondere ad ogni domanda e necessità.

Gianluca was incredibly responsive and had a lovely home. His mother greeted us for check in and was incredibly sweet. She even helped us by offering to call ahead to a local restaurant before we went. Their home provided a great opportunity for my wife and I to see where my family originated from. The home had incredible views of the castle and mountains. We had a fantastic stay at the Airbnb and in Itri.

A beautiful spot, the perfect place to relax and free the mind from stress. The apartment was spacious and extremely clean, and just a short trip from restaurants Giordano and Anna were very responsive and helpful, I highly recommend them and their property

We loved La Bouganville! We were a large Canadian family with a baby and everyone had a comfortable private space. The living rooms were cosy and the kitchen was practical. The location and the view were priceless! Luigi was so welcoming and helpful. It was the perfect place for our family Christmas reunion. And the fireworks on New Year's Eve were spectacular! Thank-you for the wonderful memories.

A great stay in a beautiful location perfect for big groups. Tranquil and well kitted out. Cinzia is an excellent host and we couldn’t have asked for more.

The Villa was amazing I would defanatly recommend staying here to anyone, it was very clean had everything we needed comfortable and the host was there with any questions we had she even lent us some bikes to get around on as we did not hire a car but it is easy to walk into the town, there is a supermarket right around the corner witch was very convenient, amazing villa amazing host that went above and beyond to make us feel right at home if I could give more than 5 stars I would it was perfect.

Donatella’s house was a beautiful & serene place to spend several days while visiting Gaeta & its nearby beaches. It has comfortable sunny sitting areas, one with picture postcard views of the sea, the other in a lush garden. The house is comfortable & nicely laid out with bedrooms away from the kitchen/sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking though we mostly walked into town & brought food in to dine on the lovely terrace. We did not have a car, but it was a quick (10 min.) & easy walk to a beautiful beach (but for a small stretch of highway that is not for the faint of heart – or children). Also relatively easy walking into the town of Gaeta once you clear a small stretch of busy highway (which I would not walk after dark due to cars and visibility on the winding stretch of road). If you are unable to walk hills and some distance, we would recommend renting a car for the most flexibility. We enjoyed a thoroughly pleasant and relaxing experience and would return.

The villa, the garden and the surrounding mountains are incredibly beautiful. We especially enjoyed the kayaks + SUP board, the big and rainsafe outdoor table, the new smart TV, the whirlpool and the many seats to lay at the beachfront. All in all a place for a dream vacation.

Francesca è stata super disponibile e l’appartamento era dotato di ogni comfort. Il lettino da campeggio accanto al letto preparato per nostra figlia di 2 anni un tocco in più! Sarà decisamente un punto di riferimento per i nostri viaggi futuri. Grazie!

What a beautiful location near the ocean! The house is lovely and we enjoyed cooking a few meals, sitting on the terrace soaking in the sun and ocean view. Remo was very responsive and the property caretaker, Luigi, was there to greet us, show us around, and answer any questions we had. Lovely uncrowded pool and ocean access. What a way to start our one-week visit before heading to busy Rome!

Siamo arrivati nel posto che ci aspettavamo: Tranquillo e dotato di tutto ciò che ti può servire, le foto non rendono giustizia alla stupenda natura che circonda questa casa. Certamente non è un posto adatto a chi si aspetta di trovare l’albergo a cinque stelle, ma sicuramente adatto a chi ama la quiete e la natura Sandro è stato molto gentile e attento a tutte le nostre necessità, dimostrandosi da subito accogliente e disponibile. Consigliato sicuramente a chi ama vivere la natura, e con l’auto in poco tempo, si può raggiungere un mare fantastico!
