L'alloggio comprende Ingresso da veranda coperta con tavolo per pranzare o cenare fuori cucina attrezzata con vista giardino,camera matrimoniale molto ampia che, all'occorrenza puo' ospitare un lettino per un bambino o una culla. Il bagno, con doccia è molto confortevole. Il parcheggio è gratuito nella stessa proprietà. L'alloggio è dotato di aria condizionata e attrezzature di sicurezza secondo norme di legge.
