Die Villa liegt am Rande eines Hügels oberhalb des korinthischen Golfs, nicht direkt von der Straße aus zugänglich, was ein Gefühl von Privatsphäre vermittelt. Die Terrasse hat einen bemerkenswerten Blick auf den Golf von Korinth. Ein riesiger Sonnenschirm sowie ein großer Tisch für 10 Personen und Gartenmöbel sorgen für die gewünschte Atmosphäre für jeden Gast. Sie kann das ganze Jahr über für Weihnachtsabende und Ostergrillfeste genutzt werden, da sie über mehrere Klimaanlage, Zentralheizung, einen Grillplatz und zwei Kaminsitzbereiche verfügt. Es verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche (inkl. Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine) und andere nützliche Geräte wie Haartrockner, Bügeleisen, Netflix, und COSMOTE TV. Das Haus kann bei Bedarf mit Kinderschutzgittern für die Treppe ausgestattet werden. Das Haus ist haustierfreundlich, da das Grundstück gesichert ist und die meisten Hunde gerne im Haus herumlaufen. Wenn Ihre Haustiere im Haus sein müssen, lassen Sie es uns bitte wissen, bevor Sie buchen, um zu sehen, wie wir es arrangieren können. Es fallen zusätzliche Reinigungskosten an. Wegen Allergien dürfen die kleine Tier- Freunde nicht im Haus sein. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Shampoo, Duschgel und Toilettenpapier werden gestellt. Im Umkreis von 2 km gibt es eine Bäckerei und einen Kiosk, wo Sie frühstücken, Kaffee trinken, Eis essen usw. können. Ein Minimarkt ist ca. 800 m entfernt und der nächste Supermarkt ca. 5 km. Das nächstgelegene Restaurant befindet sich ca. 600 m entfernt in dem Dorf Geliniatika, in dem sich die Villa befindet. Wir empfehlen das Restaurant "ΕΛΛΑΣ" in Kiato für hervorragende Fleischgerichte (Reservierung erforderlich!). Das Restaurant "Il Tramonto" in Xylokastro bietet italienische Gerichte und die Villa des griechischen Dichters Sikelianos im "Sikyon Beach Hotel" bietet exklusive Küche in sehr romantischer Atmosphäre (Reservierung erforderlich!). Für Fischgerichte empfehlen wir das "Bakaliarakia" in Kiato, das "Patouras" in Xylokastro oder das "Akrotiri" in Melissi. In der näheren Umgebung von Melissi, Diminio, Sykia, Xylokastro und Kiato gibt es mehrere Strandbars und Restaurants, die jeden Geschmack zufrieden stellen. Weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten in der näheren Umgebung sind das antike Theater von Epidaurus (60km), die antike Akropolis von Korinth (28km), das antike Olympia (104km), die Bergdörfer und Skigebiete von Mainalo (60km), Trikala (20 km) und Kalavryta (50 km) oder die Seen von Stymfalia (28 km), Tsivlou (40 km) und Doxa (38 km) mit den berühmten Dörfern Dimitsana und Stemnitsa (70 km), Zarouchla und Feneo (37 km) usw. Während des Sommers finden in den nahegelegenen Gebieten verschiedene Veranstaltungen statt. Schauen Sie auf den Webseiten der einzelnen Dimos (Gemeinden) nach, um mehr zu erfahren. Für unsere kleinen Besucher gibt es das "Xylino Kastro" (Holzburg) in Xylokastro, wo Kinder sicher spielen, Fahrrad fahren oder im Luna-Park spielen können
