The apartment is part of a restored 400+ year-old wing of Palazzo Rosso, shared facilities include a pool (seasonal), a jacuzzi, a sauna, a small gym, a large playroom with a pool table, table football, a ping pong table, and kitchen; there are bikes, a barbeque and an animal farm.
